Yes, and that's OK with me. I've played GW since beta of GW1 and have learned that there's so much I love in the game that spending time on what I don't love is the opposite of fun. There are many things in the game I'll never have (don't play PvP, Raids, etc.) and I accept that. I'm really glad that many players enjoy getting the Legendary Armor -- I shall admire it from afar!

Whatever. I just plain hate rifts. In any form or format or timing.

Awesome, I am truly happy for those with more intestinal fortitude than I (which is most players, lol)! It would be a boring ol' world if we all liked the same things. Now, back to my grind for the mats to make The Binding of Ipos. 😀

I'm a casual player, but I put a lot of hours into the game and mostly love it. At first I was excited about Legendary Armor but as my SOTO experience dragged on, I became less enthusiastic. I hate rift hunting; it's so same-y and mind-numbingly boring, and I hate the Nayos maps. Don't get me wrong, I don't think it's hard but I just don't enjoy the grind yet am glad so many people are excited about and working on Legendary Armor. I find that I enjoy crafting Legendary Weapons a lot more, so that's where I spend my time.

Still bugged for me. I saw its icon show up once but it wasn't targetable, and now it won't spawn at all.

Please give us a preview in the Mystic Forge of what item we're making. Sometimes you follow the wiki or some other info and think you're making X when you're actually making Y. Also, icons for certain items -- ** cough cough ** Gift of Battle and Gift of Craftsmanship ** cough cough ** -- look the same. Thank you.

Yes, I now get that they are Legendary items and so you need the Legendary Forge of Lyhr's, but I agree with you that there's no precedent or explanation of this. Oh well, onward!

I didn't see mine appearing while I was on my Skyscale either, but there it was on the ground. Have you tried that?

I have the same issue. This isn't what "Account Bound" recipes are supposed to do. Not a big deal if you can easily fix it but it's still a bug. Edited to add: The fix doesn't work for me. I originally bought the recipe from Lyhr on my main character, who isn't an armor crafter. Used recipe and it said it was unlocked for all characters. None of my three armor crafters (all level 500) are able to access the recipes, even when rebuying the recipe from Lyhr themselves. Further edit: So these recipes only work in The Wizard's Tower, not at crafting stations elsewhere? That's what I'm reading elsewhere.

Augh, I missed the Pointed Ears Package recently in the Gem Store! Please bring it back for Wintersday. Thank you! Also wish there was a feature so we could be notified when certain items are in the GS -- I don't play every single day and sometimes life just gets in the way. If there was such a notification I'm sure I would spend more! Pleasepleaseplease.

Yes, I did. Edit: I just re-did the event and this time I really beat feet to get as many flame contributions as possible. That triggered the achievement, so I wonder if there's a minimum required. Thanks.

Not sure what you mean. I've contributed to the Northern Beacon and when the event completes successfully, I don't get the "Carry the Beacon's Flame to light the Northern Beacon" achievement.

The event bar was full before the timer ran out, the event completed successfully, and it showed I had contributed (don't remember how many, not a lot). I got the event reward but not the achievement called "Carry the Beacon's Flame to light the Northern Beacon." Thanks for trying to help! I just noticed that some over on this forum's "Bugs" sub-forum are reporting the same thing.

Same here. I have transported the flame to the Northern Beacon; it shows that I've contributed. But I'm not getting the achievement when the event completes.

I have done this event several times. The Northern Beacon shows that I've contributed, but upon completion of the event I don't get the achievement. Is there a minimum number of contributions of flame that I'm not hitting ? Thanks in advance. Edit: Typo in title, I meant why isn't it completing, duh.

Along with the Mastery Points -- do the "commune" or whatever, then you have to click on the icon, then click again to accept the point. Why isn't it just added automatically? Are there players who actually refuse MPs?

Yeah, if they could at least finish sets like Prismatic, Darkmist, etc.
