    Ehh this perception from the op could be the same issue with folks that don't use lfg. You can indeed land on some hot maps and the overflow still does the meta, as it's gotten so easy and many are familiar. The new maps an meta are ofc busy, but if you don't know LFG, you land in a overflow where it's not happening. A shame so many have not figured this out.

    I just want a few more areas in the open world to be the slightest bit dangerous. Thats mostly gone now. Instance play in this game stinks, most don’t play it.

    I finally finished mine after the news. No regrets. Anet can bug me a lot and I generally avoid scavenger hunts but I’ll admit it ran me back through much of the game I had only visited once.

    Fishing just seemed a natural activity for chilling in these gorgeous zones, but it was added to late to be anything but an annoying scavenger hunt. I don’t expect anything else from this team.

    There is this thing required in RL to play team sports outside of friendly local pick ups. It needs organization, authority, team spirit, referees, etc. MMO devs like to pretend they can do without if they just design the right systems. This game just lets group combat rip and pretends the gamers will make it all work, no wonder its such a mess. Hacking the old combat system is just an example of hubris, if only they would leave it alone.

    Your finishers are supposed to more reliably interact with your own fields. I dunno if that actually worked out. I like field interactions, they have just not kept up with the rest of the game.

    I believe they fixed some of that a while back, its just the combo effects are mostly not needed with the beefed out specs. Fixed too late.

    Or you could slot some manner of cleanse. Or flap above until someone else kills the mean mobs.
