1. Gates, all the way to the entrance height.
2. Thief portal removed in wvw or made to only able to portal the thief.
3. Add barrier invisible or otherwise to known exploit areas.

People used to use a fare amount of siege in the past. After the latest siege supply required to build adjustment it has gotten out of hand. Take arrow carts - now you can build regular one(K-mart type) for 25 as well as Guild Arrow Carts(same damage as superior) for 25. That means a single person has the ability to build their own personal arrow cart. And boy have they been. You enter a keep and there are 20 arrow carts suddenly springing up from nowhere. And then there are the other siege options, all promoting the use of siege. Though I like the idea of making them more supply affordable I think you went a little too far.

Hello for me mistake im selected wrong wvw guild now when im selected right one i see pending what i need to do to make it faster ?
The rematching takes place the night of the July 24. If you have your WvW Guild selected/pending it will happen automatically on 26 July. You'll be with your selected guild's team assignment that ANET makes at WvW reset.
PS: This assumes ANET doesn't put you on the wrong team. "When" that happens submit a support ticket.

"The warclaw is a highly mobile mount that can navigate with precision and agility over all kinds of terrain"
I find this description kind of amusing. From my guild's experience the warclaw does not meet this definition.
1. The warclaw gets stuck on ridges on a wooden switchback in desert borderland. It can hardly even climb stairs - it's faster to dismount and walk up.
2. When mounting a warclaw it is best to not be on a bridge in WvW because the drunken-cat syndrome takes over and you make a 90 degree turn and fly off the bridge to your death.
At least that's our experience. I wonder if that will be addressed.

It's super easy to make them. 😉
We're talking about the exotic version. The ascended is very easy to make however.

I just went and made all the ascended versions after wasting so many keys on the boxes.

You have two very simple options to avoid this while waiting for something to start/end:
1) Don't get into combat while waiting
2) Move or use a skill once every 5 minutes
For example after the Chak meta there's no enemies near the wall, so you can go AFK without getting into combat and get the entire duration of the existing timer (I'm not even sure how long that is, but it's longer than the wait time). If you're waiting for Teqatl and one of the fish heads attacks you - putting you into combat and starting the 5 minute timer - move away from it, then you're not AFK and won't get kicked and also won't be attacked.
If you've ever done activities like Sanctum Sprint where you have to wait for the race to end to get the reward you'll likely have seen the inactivity warnings (because instances have a much shorter timer) and you'll know you literally just have to push one button to avoid it. Step forward once and you're counted as active and won't be kicked. (And if you've done activities and never seen the warning you've never been in a state the game considers AFK and therefore don't need to worry about it.)
It sounds like it's not working right now, but also that wouldn't trigger the 5-minute timer anyway, because you're not in combat.
I was testing to see if just afking on a skyscale, much like a chair(considered a mount), would take you to the load screen. A post about waiting for a meta event was concerned about this.

Just tested this. Got on my skyscale and hovered for 14 minutes without being sent to the character screen.

I think ANET needs to clarify the writeup better. It is a little confusing.

it could be that any lockboxes that dropped before the update do not drop them. the same way that skirmish-chests did not give testimonies of jade-heroics if it were chests that you acquired before jade-heroics got added. So its probably either low drop-rate (which tbh: 150 lockboxes is like.... a neglegible sample-size), or old lockboxes still use the old loot-table. which sounds plausible, considering you opened 150+ and it´s literally impossible to drop as many in just a few hours (which means, you either hoarded them, or bought them from TP, which under the assumption the "loot-table-theory" is correct, literally cannot drop them)
I waited until after the patch. Zero drops.

"Added a new Corrupted Hero weapon set to WvW. Exotic versions of the weapons have been added to the Mist-Hardened Lockbox."
So what kind of drop rate from the chests is it? 0.000000001%? I just opened 150+ and not a single exotic version drop.

Why don't your lot put in a request to move?
I presume anet are just being extra nice as it's the start of restructuring. I'd expect them to stop transferring soon unless there was an actual bug
Many of them have, as far as we know.

We heard about this today. They were on the Red Team the day prior and now they're on the Green Team. I find this to be disturbing and downright unfair. We still have members of our alliance guild stuck on different servers(teams). Now the Green Team has received a distinct advantage. I'd like to know who approved this mass transfer. Did they have a friend from ANET who okayed this action? From the numbers it was around 30-35+, all from one guild.

We've had many of our guild members experience this returning bug for WvW. The are #1 in queue and they get the travel message only to be thrown to the end of the queue line when they press "travel".

If this isn't satire I'd love to see the video evidence and patch notes in a "curb your..." meme format. 😂
Sorry to spoil your denial thoughts, but it happened years ago, even before multiserver links. They weren't ego filming themselves fighting in wvw. They were simply enjoying the game at the time. But it did happen.

Don't see a nerf coming in on thieves. They are ANET's favorites. As an example, we had a guildie long ago who was being attacked by a thief and trouncing it over and over on her dagger ele. Turned out it was an ANET dev attacking. The dev asked what build she was running to defeat them. The very next patch, her exact build was nerfed. Makes you wonder.

This reminds me of the old yak slapper title. 1,000,000 yaks. Just like that achievement it will take years to get this completed. Do they ever look at the numbers for these things?

Quick and possibly silly question: I now have two GW2 directories on my PC. The original on the D drive is 69.2 Gb with 41 files and 3 folders . And the new directory installed on my C drive is 68.8Gb with 211 files and 24 folders. All the files within the two directories have either today's date or yesterday's (27 June/26 June). Which directory should I be dragging to where?
The new C to the original D? Forgive me if all this seems obvious to the techincal experts. How old is your computer, btw. I had this happen to my laptop that became obsolete according to ANET.

I've had nothing but Umbriel all week. 7 times I think. Lost track due to the non-randomness of the whole thing.

Same here - and several guildies as well. All complete but says 2/11. I did an in game report.
-
Yep, has happened multiple times at Tequatl now. On the first day I even got a blue bar the encompassed my weapon and utility bar, but only when I was on my raptor. All other mounts were normal.
-
Yes. Have 100% map completion 2/2 50/50 7/7. No Skyfarer achivement

That 3rd meta was stupidly over tuned. Too much going on, too many mechanics. Who actually play tests this stuff? You created a CM level meta. I thought the EOD one was bad when it was first released. You at least fixed that one so actual normal players could play it. You've outdone yourself on this one. You'll need to actually look at what normal players can actually do. This one is not doable in its current form by a regular group of players. I wonder how many successes it has so far?

Actually I think it is a good idea, but with a different way to do the siege. Instead of having built in weapons make it so you are able to build a piece of siege on top of it. 1 treb or 2 catas. 2 ballista or 2 A/C, or 2 shield gens. And of course if the turtle is killed the siege is gone a well. Have them move slower depending on the type of siege they have built on them.

WvW jumping and glitching into towers and keeps
in World vs. World

We report. We submit video evidence, pictures of them, names, advice. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. The same players are still doing it. They get a slap on the wrist and then go back to what they were doing. All we get is the standard robot reply "We know that this is...blah blah blah". If ANET would actually fix the exploits and or punish the players severely(ie Delete the accounts or give the account a 1 year ban) these posts wouldn't keep popping up.
