The question is why they decided to be more strict about it now when they havent been before… Problem is they removed all re-sellers in my country some years ago because Anet wanted to be the main seller so people without a credit card is gonna have a difficult time buying any version of gw2 as of now.

Hi, Ive tried to buy end of dragons for a month with PayPal but its not working. It keeps asking me for credit card info. I dont have a credit card, thats why i have paypal. I have no issues buying games from other places. How to fix this?
