  1. Maybe if you get an extra week you can skip this requirement and get one of the others that refresh. That is how kitten works.
  2. Plenty legendaries in the game offer small cosmetic item on top of the legendary. Things like juggernaut with the metal potion, minstrel with the playable instrument, chuka with the tiger den teleport. I think it would be fantastic if crafting and binding the legendary aquatic weapons would unlock a cosmetic fishing rod skin. This would add some renewed instrest to the only legendary weapons for underwater, specially since no new ones were added in gen 2 or gen 3. The skins would be themed around the particular legendary. What does everyone think?
  3. Alliances were never promoted as an EoD feature. They are on their own development pipeline and we had the last news on it not too long ago, just before the holiday break. After expansion madness is done I expect to hear a new update and get the next test soon.
  4. I believe what you are asking is why is it that the total stat allocation for something like celestial as opposed to something like dragons or berserker. The reason is because of how the compounding effect of stats work. For example take berserker which is power, critical chance, and critical multiplier. Having an X amount on each of them is good, but having the same amount X on all of them at the same time is significantly better. That is because X power increases your damage, X critical multiplier increases your critical damage which is based on your X power, and X critical chances makes sure your critical damage procs as often as possible. Meaning you are triple dipping into the X number. This is not the case for stats that affect differen kids of skills. For example having X vitality, and X power affects your caracter separatly and does not have the stacking effect from before. To balance these two effects the more attribute distribution you have less point on each individual attribute (for the first point balance) but you have more total points (for the second point balance). To test this you can compare celestial to berserker and you notice that for a particular piece, chest for example, as you noted the total number of points is more. But it has less ferocity, less power, and less precision.
  5. They are gonna be upgradable, you wont need to craft them again. They confirmed these will be available "some time after launch", when that is I dont know. I also presume the upgrade will be through a collection in a LS patch.
  6. The reason people want firebrand has nothing to do with quickness. It is because of aegis and stability, which lets you you ignore mechanics, aegis specially problematic. Aegis got nerfed for firebrand, but got replaced by protection which is also very strong. The meta needs to adapt a bit, so give it time. But usually the things that are powerful is not because they are give offensive boons but because they let you ignore mechanics.
  7. I am 100% convinced that we wont. This is partly one of the ways they monetize the game. They havent offically said anything about it tho.
  8. How about using the downscaling system already in game. Basically when you activate hard mode it downscales you to more that what it otherwise would while still keeping all skills, trait and armor perks. But everything will relatively be hitting you harder. They can also revamp the system into such a way that when you have hard mode on you get increased drop rate on rarer items. P
  9. It should be fairly easy to do at any time. Things like bounties and events scale to the number of people so doimg it the two of you should be ok. Meta events like Palawadan and Shatterer need a lot more players but those are regularly done by the community so it should be easy enough to find people doing it at some point during the day.

  11. Prestacking is still possible. The only difference is you can only prestack things that you mean to take to the fight.
