  1. The only things I'd like to see: Ground-Targeted casting at 900 range. - It's really stupid that they appear somewhere around you, it's not even consistent every time. Adding a 900 range ground-targeted cast would bring more interesting playMake them immune to CC - when they get blown away, knocked away during a boss fight it really kills their utility... Can't get any benefit from them if they're on the other end of the map...(traited) Cast their active skill on death - Of course this one needs to be traited because it is quite powerful. Would again add really interesting play.

Yeah this has been brought up in the past and really don't think/remember if the devs answered to that, but I wouldn't prioritise it ahaha I mean it is closer to cats but it does share some traits with canine but I get what you mean - its more cat than it is dog. Moving from canine to felone would also drastically change hyena's skills: the auto attack and the 2 family skills, so we'd lose both an extra hard CC and an extra soft CC What I find funny is that most if not all hostile wolves use a skill that calls an ally, they simply could've made different breeds of juvenile wolves, one with an ally calling howl and the other with the fear-inducing terrifying owl Best solution would be to create new canine with ally summon skill (double cripple and double knockdown!) and move hyena to feline and keep its ally summoning skill (double bleeds and vuln!)
  3. I do agree the model needs to be changed, as Ranger it is my duty to take care of my pets, no way they should look so unhealthy! While we're on the subject of hyenas, I believe the spawned Hyena Ally should stay when entering beastmode - why should entering beastmode effectively cancel a pet unique skill? (Also lets not forget that hyenas have unique stats compared to other canine pets - they have half the power values!)
  4. Shortbow. It gives you complementary range and the only thing you get from axe mainhand is splitblade as the other two skills are power damage skills. Remember, winter's bite also applies 3 stacks of bleeds! But I get your point - I'd go D/T and SB then! Dagger MH offers good utility vs Axe, especially if might is not an issue (shouldn't be)
  5. What's your secondary weapon set? I actually run both sets, using D/T and A/D to cover both melee and mid range, or even melee with axe Also don't forget that in Beastmode, you're the one applying Weakness on using Winter's Bite! Really hope will consider changing Worldy Impact from leap to Blast, it'll add so much utility with torch's Bonfire
