Note: I forgot to change it for the video, but feel free to run Soothing mists instead of mecha legs, it will give you some additional healing at no cost of movement speed coz of the permanent signet passives, I just keep mecha legs on because I often swap from selfish signet mechanist to the support alacrity/barrier mechanist for group content xD

Hello, I presume that you are crafting exotic celestial gear, which happens to be the most expensive, I may get memed for this but if you lack gold and want to get full exotic fast, go for full Soldier's stats and eventually swap it for ascended celestial stats, asc accesories except for back item are quite EZ to obtain for example doing fractal vendor open world map etc.

Gear is one thing, I am talking about the difficulty to play, u can get exotic version quite fast and be nearly as strong

Yes I mentioned in my description that I took the known duelist variation from PvP and translated it into PvE

Mechanist is already going to be among one of the favorite classes for Open world, I have gone and taken a known PvP mechanist duelist build and translated it into Open World and it works wonders being able to solo some of of the hardest bosses found in the open world. As seen in the vid, your mech can easily face tank the bosses and if it dies, it can be instantly revived through the elite signet. Note that since this was a BETA character I basically had to work with what I was given by ArenaNet, so the character was full exotic and rune/ sigils choice was also limited. Some of the general tips I gathered from my short playtime: - Do not use any elixirs, they are downright atrocious, long cast time, little to no benefits for decreasing your max health - Do not rely on your shroud 5, it is currently bugged and does not go off quite often as can see in the video. (this likely got fixed already) - Don't camp in your shroud, rather learn to go in and out every 9 seconds, all of your CDs will likely be refreshed and you will get minimal health reduction punishment.
