  1. I agree, it kinda ruins the whole magic of mirage. if they wanted to make my dodge not clense immob, I would be fine with that. Losing my ability to clense after getting immobilized, and my ability to not just fall over and die after getting stunned. really is going to leave the class defenseless
  2. Mirage can no longer dodge while immobilized or under the effects of crowd control. Please dont.... My dodge is attached to my condi clense. If i cant dodge while immobilized. I lose my condi clense, to a condition.

  7. This right here is a perfect example of how broken WvW mounts are. People will legit just troll shit out of you because they can.... Also i want to add the fact i made a ticket so anet could watch this thread and give feedback on their ideas.   8. I have no idea how WoW works. Someone posted somewhere that it might be too hard to code a cc feature. And for "A mounts only feature needs to be movement speed." I agree with you. Let the mount keep its mobility out of combat, and slow down to the pace of a player in combat. The person on the mount will still have his 3 evades, that would help create a gap so its not a guaranteed dismount from the person trying to attack.
  9. Ya, you are right about that. People who don't have pof wouldn't be able to use a mount as a combat tag. But I wouldn't say you are completely sol, the slower movement speed if you manage to land a hit would put them at your speed. Giving you way better odds of a dismount if compared to how it is now.

What you suggested wont change the need to play ranged builds to hit.We need something that all classes can use to dismount someone, which is the dismount skill Anet announced but it was 3 months ago and this is WvW, they probably forgot about it How so? The mount would slow down if you manage to hit it. If people want to go around me and keep out of my melee range I could always use the already in place dismount skill to put them in combat. And if what i suggested was to be put in, they would be slow enough to be hit after i dismount tag them. Sure they can use those 3 evades to make a gap, at least it would be viable for me to play the classes i want again. Oh now i understand what you want and i think thats not possible because how they coded mounts.In Ben's post he said that MAYBE they would implement a break bar so Warclaw could be affected by CC and this would be already too much work.To make it vulnerable to CC they would have to change the base mount code and this will not happen, sadly.I want a normal warclaw speed with all of its evades and hp. The only thing i want changed is how fast the warclaw moves while in combat. As far as code goes i have no idea if they can just simply turn down the speed in combat.

A player using skills and cooldowns just to dismount someone should also affect the enemies hp in some way.Every one has worked for the mount and It doesn't take 2 long to get. But on the other hand I wouldn't mind if they just handed them out to new players. As far as the cc/less hp/less dodges thing. I don't think that would work because the mount should still have a chance at getting away, and not become completely useless. But they should be slowed to a normal persons combat speed so i have a chance to take them out.

  13. I would like to hear what people think about my idea. I see a lot of comments from people just pretty much saying mounts are great or mounts are bad. But no real feed back to my idea.

They are either going for their zerg or waiting for an outnumbered fight. Pretty much this.The ammount of players roaming pre-mount was 2-3 times what we have now.It killed build diversity and roaming, also ganking is much worse.I agree with you.
