  1. I'm sure this has been brought up before, but it seems like a simple thing to do, that would really make things easier, and honestly it makes no sense to me why it's not already implemented.Allow color changes to chat channels. Why is this not already a thing? We're allowed up to 5 different guilds, and it would make life so much simpler to be able to color code them so it's easier to follow the conversations. And since I'm posting, I might as well mention this. Why isn't there an /afk option? I've seen old chat command lists on various websites that have it listed, but /AFK doesn't work. Was it here at one point and taken out of the game? I'd love to be able to just toss a quick /afk above my head if I'm just running out for a smoke, or bathroom break, or grab a drink, rather than have to announce that I'm leaving my desk for a minute or two. Maybe it's because I'm an old lady, set in her ways.. but I was able to /afk in MMO's way back in 1999. It was a good option then, and I see no reason for it not to be available now. Especially because I have to afk to pee a lot more than I did 20 years ago
  2. I love my necros, and I've been saying this for ages. the pets need an appearance upgrade. I have to agree with the hard pass on the warm and fuzzy versions of necro "pets".. they should be gruesome and undead looking (gingerbread man? Seriously???) BUT..... I do agree they need a major appearance overhaul. The graphics look like something from the 90's. Give them more texture, and a more "fleshy" appearance. The ranger pets aren't much better. I'm all for even tossing gems into "skin packs" to update the current look if that's what needs to be.Shut up and take my money... and give me pets that look as real in appearance as my character does.
  3. So very true. I recently started to really like playing a necro, but daaaamn are those pets clunky and old looking. They're in serious serious need of an appearance overhaul.
  4. OMG... thank you thank you to the kind person that sent me How to dance and the Wedding skin. I'm standing in Rata Sum right now in my pretty new dress, dancing my little sylvari butt off. IRL... I've almost got the arm movements down, but wow that dance is hard on the knees and ankles! I'll get it though. I'm determined!!!!!Thank you so very much. I've wanted these for such a long time. Seriously..... THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) =) =) =) =) =) =) =) =) =) =) =) =) =) =) <3
  5. Thank you SOOOO much to the kind person who sent me the How to Dance today. I MOST definitely will be learning the inventory shuffle IRL ! I'm going to work it into my morning routine. Thank you thank you thank you!!!! And again.. thank you to the great GW2 community. I've been playing MMO's since vanilla EQ (yeah... I"m getting old.. shrug) and this is by far the best, friendliest and helpful community I've ever found in any game. <3
  6. This is a really nice idea! Yet another reason I love the GW2 community so much.I'm on a real tight budget IRL, and can never manage more than $10 and sometimes $20/month to put towards the gem store. There's so many things there that I want, but I always end up spending my gems on utility items like bag or bank space, inventory slots, character slots etc. There are 3 items on my "FUN" BLTC list that I will get someday, but right now I can't justify buying cosmetic or fun items when harvest tools or inventory space are needed more. With that being said, I would be through the moon if anyone wanted to help out with any item on my wish list. Wedding skin attireMusical Harp How to dance, volume 1Any one of these would have me dancing IRL! I'll even learn the "inventory shuffle" IRL though I won't look half as good as my Sylvari LOL. :3
