Alright, ive managed to follow these inscrtuctions and get the "properties" now so hopefully this will have fixed it. Fingers crossed

Not that i know. I tried to check propperties on my shortcut but it wont give me the option so i cant check if its the case either.

So this have been going on for a while now but whenever the game needs to uppdate its always over 650k files that needs to download, which is the full games download if im not misstaken. This happends every single time there is an uppdate. Its getting to the point where i cant play the game since every time i want to the game goes "nope, re-download the entire game sucker". Ive tried looking for solutions but litteraly nobody have had the same issue from what i can find and re-downloading it manualy from website havent worked either. Please help.
