When you provide a video to anet do they make you upload it to utube or twitch in order for the to review it as evidence.

If you delete a toon that has extra bag slots on them, Do I lose the bag slots on that toon, or when I recreate that toon the bags slots are all there?

Can the creator of a guild leave without dis-banning the guild. I don't want to lose the guild. Their are other players still in the guild.

My friend had just bought them, so was totally within the time frame. He bought the choya's ones and the dragonscale ones. He was told because they have a glyph they can't be refunded. Does not matter which glyph it was. The reason He wanted the refund was because he noticed he could buy then with statuettes from the black lion dude in the city.

Glyph of reaping not working in guild halls

The gylph of reaping are not working properly. Some accounts don't work in home instance still but work in guild hall. Mine are working in home instance and guild hall now. -
This is nothing but a waste of time. Collecting keys and going to each chest to find out you can't loot them. Fix it please. Otherwise just take it back away.

I have not been able to loot these chest for days. I am now sitting on 7 keys.
