  1. I had maxed out my shared inventory before pre-purchasing too. But it has unlocked a new shared inventory slot and has the lvl 80 booster sitting in that slot until I use it. Now I have 29 shared inventory slots in total 😁 Edit: this is also now mentioned on the wiki page for shared inventory Currently, an account can have a maximum of 29 shared slots: 25 shared slots can be purchased from the Gem Store. 1 additional slot was acquired by owning Heart of Thorns before it was bundled. 1 additional slot is acquired by owning Path of Fire. 1 additional slot is acquired by owning End of Dragons. 1 additional slot is acquired by owning Secrets of the Obscure. Edit 2: also if you have already pre-purchased SOTO and you haven't received some of your items... it's worth you taking a look at this post...
  2. I have Isle of Reflection guild hall... the wells look really nice in there and there's a lot of places in there that they can go ☺️
  3. It's now going on 3 months of no wells. I've looked every day. I did actually put in a support ticket to which anet simply replied.. "It is all up to RNG on whether or not that decoration will appear in her shop" This is not my first time trying to purchase wells, I've had no problem with purchasing them before and have 12 of them in my guild. It's just been the last 3 months that I've noticed that they are not appearing at the merchant at all. And it doesn't matter which character you check the merchant on. The inventory at Sigurlina Jonsdottir is the same for all characters and each guild's instance has the same selection available. All we can do is pray to rngeezus and hope they eventually show up... assuming it's not infact bugged. 😭
  4. I'm having the same problem as the OP. Every time I try to login to create a support ticket it just keeps taking me to my account page. I've also tried what @Mariyuuna.6508has said by trying with different browsers... Chrome, Firefox and even Microsoft Edge, nothing works at the moment so can't submit a support ticket.
  5. I've also been waiting for wells to show up.... I've looked every day for the last 2 months now and still no wells. I feel like wells have dropped off the vendor completely at this point. I also have guild vendor 4 and have purchased them without problems in the past. But the last 2 months I haven't seen them there at all. I hope Anet see this post and investigate what could be stopping them from showing up.
  6. You are not alone with this. I'm having this problem too, as are many other people. Map chat is full of other players mentioning it. It seems to only be happening with certain items as OP mentioned.
  7. This happened to me yesterday as well after the Tangled Depths meta while we were waiting for the wall to be smashed. My game showed a network error then upon relogging the game I was sent to Lion's arch and all the loot from the meta including the heroes chest was gone. Even just now I was waiting in Verdant Brink for the meta to start there and the same thing happened, I got the network error then when I relogged I was sent to Lion's arch. This time I didn't even get to do the meta, it just happened while I was waiting there, so no loot lost this time but there is definitely something not right on HoT maps. Update: HoT Meta's appear to be working normal for me again. Not sure if this helped, but here's what I did... Cleared gw2cache folder found in AppData>Local>TempCleared files from the AppData>Roaming>Guild Wars 2 FolderDeleted the Gw2-64.tmp file from the Program Files>Guild Wars_2 FolderRan repair on the GW2 Data archive
