Not entitled, but the mechanics seemed off, only 4 "special" items in that many keys seemed broken and that's why I contacted support. Never happened to me before and I buy keys every month, that's all.

I usually get the exclusive items in 45 keys or less, just last month with the sailed skiff I drank too much and spent 150 euro's on gems to convert to keys to get the skiff. That's about 135 keys, I got 4, I repeat 4!!! fifth slot items total and no skiff. And I know it's rng but it never hit me this hard so I too sent support a message that I haven't seen this in all my days of playing and was really dissapointed. Basically the response was; rng is rng and everything is working as intended. Sure, but I felt screwed over and I feel really sorry for everyone that has to feel this kitten.

[Suggestion] New novelty item: chatterbox or shoutbox Different versions with a few cool/funny shouts. Unlock through various small questlines/collections. Race boxes: example Human: FOR KRYTA!, FOR THE QUEEN!, FOR LORD FAREN! Etc Charr: FOR IRON LEGION!, OUT OF THE WAY MEAT! Etc Asura: EXCELSIOR!, WATCH IT BOOKAH!, I'M SURROUNDED BY IDIOTS! Festive boxes: Unlocked during events with shouts like MERRY WINTERSDAY!, TRICK orTREAT!, HAPPY NEWYEAR! A box to honor the Gods, HAIL ABADDON! Or for special moments and characters from your adventures: APPLES FOR SALE! Or PRAISE JOKO! Your character talks all the time why not say what you want when you want, enhance your fights, your adventures, your RP.
