I am really trying to understand here. a simple compromise is fine, but calling peopel leeches and liking it to thefts and art stealing is kinda... wrong? if that made sense? And yeah i agree the community aint as friendly as people tend to believe. but we are part of it ourselves, having said that, shouldnt we share the knowledge we have and not make it harder for people to get started? I get being passionate about how you amke your character, and i always admired everyones fashion. but most people (me included) are not comfy talking to random strangers about topics like that. (due to the nasty community lashes some of us experienced) would it be fair to exclude those people? while i can somewhat understand you like your looks and wanting to be unique. but we hold the power to make the community a TAD better. and we do so by sharing what we know.

I dont mind the extra option, i just feel you are making an mountain out of an anthill if people wanna copy my characters...why care? its a game, with limited options. i cannot comprehend the issue tbh, (might be my autism) but seriously, as i mentioned before, th epoint of development is to have the newer people have it easier. 99.9 percent of people do not care about fashion contests. they just wanna look cool for themselves. if I as a fashion warrior can help them by having a look, then by all means, copy to your hearts content.

No-one is taking your name, face and anything else though. you are making a fuzz about something that has not happened.and probably wont happen.

I think everyon forgets that fashion is done for YOU personally. fashion is a personal thing. if people IRL dress the same as me, do i have to take offense? just be happy you helped someone find their style. In the end you amke fashion to make YOURSELF look or feel nice. if you do it for clout, you are doing it wrong.

Isnt the point of "DEVELOPMENT" making thing easier for those who come after us? if the enitre world made such a fuss about the new folks getting things easier there is no innovation. as it will never benefit anyone. keep in minjd it are pixels. i am an avid fashionista myself but if people wanna take my looks. sure go ahead. i did the work for you so you dont have to break your head over it. THAT is innovation. what is happening now in the fashion community is regression.

I read the title at a glance, i read: "why so much Furry in nerfing the new weapons proficiency builds" and now i am upset its not about charr thiefs with axes....

In the announcements page they have two announcements stating they do maintainence on GW2 store and gemsote. and maintainence on billing platforms. so that might be the cause.

I hope they bring it back, as its the only way i can shove money into their pockets XD

I think it should be in community creations instead of Roleplaying. As it has nothing to do with Roleplay in the sense of this subforum. Or maybe in PvP? Idk. But this seems a weird place for it ^^

Just a question, how is this a guide for RP when this is more about FFA pvp ratings? Roleplay tend to happen in emotes. Fights between Roleplayers happen in emotes.

While not really possible on other weights, on light using the acolyte shoulders with the fishers jacket gives a nice hoodie vibe :3 but a dedicated single skin would be grand yes :3

I'd love more achievements like the fishing ones. For things the basic tyrian does. Be that fishing, logging, or mining. (Unsure how one would make an achievo for mining and logging, but its one i like to see)

I'd rather anet stops putting cosmetic infusions in game. All those christmas trees and super novea are really really obnoxious. On a fashion statement: infusions arent fashion. Its just showing that you got gold, real fashion doesnt rely on the amount of gold one has, but on their ability to make mundane skins into something cool.

I didnt know that liking cats is a furry thing... and i say that AS A FURRY. the only furry appeal gw2 has imo is Charr and the adventerous cat out fit. but thats it. (Norn would be cool if they could permanently in their animal form)
