  1. Bumping it too. It doesn't trigger any heals; neither for the player or the allies in the area of effect. Having a spec that makes a trait completely useless doesn't make any sense.
  2. It was first reported on March 2021, and still it's not fixed. Light and heavy versions, however, have two dye channels each. So it seems to be an oversight (or a bug? No idea). If I knew, I wouldn't buy them, to be honest.
  3. I've noticed that today, when I applied them to my ranger. I bought them yesterday for my mesmer. Heavy has dye channels too. Why Anet didn't fix it already is beyond me.
  4. No elite specs = no expansion worthy content, for me. With every episode, we get all the same stuff. The only thing, that didn't appear, but is a part of previous two expansios, are elite specs.Like I said in my posts before - it's my main drive to complete the map, to do stuff, to play the game, to be dragged kicking and screaming into it. Nothing else. Hell, I don't care about the story that much anymore.
  5. No new elite specs - not interested. I love your work, but "expansions level contents" and no elite specs? No. Just no.
  6. But then isn't this entirely on you? Try telling that to a large chunk of people, who feel the same. Good luck.
  7. @Illconceived Was Na.9781Gonna be honest, that I didn't believe event this big will be about LWS only. I hoped for something more.
  8. I can't consider myself a long-time player, as I played the game for 4 years only.I can give you that - despite reading the email, I had my hopes up. Maybe I didn't pass the surface level on that one, but seeing such big event made me think that more stuff is gonna be told.As for build templates - I never needed them, maybe that's why I don't feel oh-so-excited about it.Indeed its a cesspool. A cesspool that Anet helped creating, because community doesn't go this mad and bad for nothing.Warframe is a F2P-friendly game, that has much better management, and has much better contact with the community. They have a roadmap, that is brought up on streams every now and then, to let know what they are working on. Content that they were working on several years prior is brought up time to time, so players know it's not forgotten, just in development/polishing. And if they make an event, such Tennocon, it's worth to go. Last Tennocon was about 3h long, and was overfilled with plans for the game in the future, with content to be released this and the next year. Anet could learn a lot from Digital Extremes, especially when Warframe is F2P, and GW2 requires to buy expansions (or basic game at the least) to fully enjoy. Maybe my expectation bar is set too high. Who knows. I agree with you on some level. I don't agree with you with some parts. By the end of the day, people were left in dissapointment.
  9. Yeah, it was like taking the red pill. I wish I could throw it up. I wish I never saw the stream, and I didn't have reddit account to learn about the stream. I was that-one-guy to defend Anet, because I fell in love with GW2. I couldn't wrap up, why people were upset with them; I was too charmed by the game, too faithful in their actions. I had a lot of empathy towards the developers, I could understand some actions, and justify them. Today's event was like a bitchslap towards my expectations, my love towards the game, and towards the person that I am. I literally gave up hope on trusting other people, yet, I trusted Anet. I'm not gonna think twice on spending cash on gems for outfits. I just won't buy them anymore, untill I get what I expected so far from the game. I will grind for the gems instead, if I find an outfit that I like, or some other stuff.
  10. I guess it would bring up the same reaction, when Blizztard announced the release of Diablo Immortal on phones. If twitch chat and reddit were on fire after today's stream, then I imagine GW2 mobile would set everything ablaze literally.
  11. Well, I did today. All this hype to "buy our overpriced merch". They even rented a theatre for this.
  12. After today's "big announcement" I'm about to give up all hope for new elite specs, but small part of me is still faithful.Untill I will get straight answer, if I should expect new elite specs, that is.
  13. Yes, that's why I want straight answer to put an end to this delusion, accept it, and move on.Especially after being told that "expansion worthy content" is gonna be released during LWS.
  14. I want to note that, we were told to have content "expansion worthy" during LWS. This was giving hope for new elite specs, for example, and stuff to keep us dragged into the game anew. Strikes and build templates aren't exactly expansion worthy. Anet is more to blame for creating the hype, and making players think "Hmm...maybe they are gonna work up for all this dishonor", teasing us with something brand new, and making all the signs on the sky and earth that the announcement is gonna make us fall of chairs, that what they want to say is significant. You just don't make a 36h countdown to say "here is the announcement that could be simply written down on a blog post, also buy our overpriced merch from our partners, thanks for the support". Maybe they want to surprise us? Cool, but Anet doesn't know how to read the air; or at least how to beyond they most dedicated fanboys, that were so excited (or they were told to be), at every single god damn thing. They could let slide more during the event. They could tease us more with content we were looking for. That way, they would spark hope that Anet is working up for their mistakes in the past. Now, people will stop giving a single f*ck about such big events and announcements, if they didn't already. I, cerainly, will, depsite defending Anet for the past 4 years, and ignoring all the voices around, that were telling me, Anet doesn't respect their players as much as they should. During twitch stream, I saw over 35k people watching. After the stream, the chat was burning, almost literally. They had spare time, they spent 45 minutes watching, and felt like it was a waste of time.
  15. After weeks of being hyped and teased, I expected an answer to my single and simple question:Will new elite specs be released? All I wanted is to hear, if I should give up all hope for new elite specs, or not.Just it. That's just it.I don't want to hear "maybe". I don't want to hear "when it's released™". I don't even need to hear the exact date.Jus straight answer: "Yes, we're gonna release new elite specs in the nearest future." or "No, we are not planning to add new elite specs in the game."I thought that "expansion without expansion" as for LWS content will answer my question, but it didn't.If anyone has some pieces of information about that to share, that will keep me hoping for new elite specs, please share. As for the announcement itself - I felt betrayed. This stuff could be wrapped in a blog post, and it wasn't event-making worthy.
  16. All I care about is how the game will expand and progress, not about overpriced stuff they want us to buy.Junko pops arent even that good, IMO.
  17. Wait, seriously? Will we get new elite specs with the next LS?All I care about those expansions are new elite specs, to be honest. A good story would be nice too, but my personal wish is to get a new spec for Elementalist, that allows me to stick into one element, and gives an elite skill that is not useless.
