  1. Probably around 95% are actual "main" player accounts. As much as "account farming" is popularized by some streamers and widely discussed on forums/reddit/discord, VAST majority of players have single account. You would need to have background information that were shared back back in the John Smith times. Mystic Coins as major part of daily login rewards were redesigned during montthly removal as a wealth redistribution tool. Basically, every player gets them, but not enough for their needs, so they need to buy them off other players, who may have no use for them but need gold. So, casual players get them, sell on TP to hardcore players crafting legendaries. Gold trickles down from experienced players farming endgame content to inexperienced ones whose main income are basic dailies or harvesting. Rewarding MCs for pinnacle content completely turns the whole idea around - suddenly the most experienced players have no need to buy MCs from TP.
  2. Simple answer: No.First thing that was checked when making single elimination bracket was winrate of teams. Obviously teams with no losses (100% winrate) got placed into bracked, and then there was too many teams with single loss, so there was second check - average (?) winrate of every team's opponents - the higher the better, because it means that team faced stronger opponents than other teams with the same winrate, meaning that it deserves spot in the single elimination bracket. It's quite unlikely that there would be situation where two teams with same winrate, with the same opponents's average winrate, where they were ex aequo at the last position qualifying for the single elimination bracket - and only in this situation other determining factor would be needed, be it seeding or coin toss.
  3. I'm pretty hyped for proposed changes, but as a member of cross region guild, I have a question I've not seen answered here before: Let's have 450 member guild, that is a group of people from let's say 20 worlds in current system, with biggest chunk in two main worlds, let's assume 70 people on Underworld (EU) and 60 on Fort Aspenwood (NA). Let's say that half of people from those worlds are serious WvWers that like to play together on reset nights. One day, we welcome new system, and everyone in the guild are now only region-bound. the 65 serious WvW players want to still play the WvW together, so they decide to set guild as WvW one, and them as WvW players. What happens in that situation? Can guild join two worlds, one per region? Or will the guild join one world, in only one region? If yes, how will be the region determined? Will all the players (that commited to be WvW players for such guild) be forced to region change to play WvW? Or will they be automatically guested to other region when entering WvW? Maybe you will disallow guild to be set as WvW guilds to have members on both regions? What happens when the guild join alliance? Again - can alliance be on two different worlds, one per region? Basically.. How will those changes support guilds that are mainly cross-region, cross-worlds communities, but sometimes group of members team up for some serious WvW?
