  1. Power wrench can reduce the CD of other skills if you have those equipped, ofc, but my point was that it doesn't reduce the CD of anything with the mortar kit equipped.
  2. The trait Power Wrench does not reduce the cool down of anything on dodge when you have the Mortar Kit equipped. Please make it affect Something, Anything. It could either be - Reduce the CD of all mortar kit skills; or - Reduce the CD of a random mortar skill currently on cooldown; or It could depend on spec: - Core: reduce Orbital Command Strike CD - Scrapper: reduce Function Gyro CD - Holosmith: reduce Photon Forge CD - Mech: reduce Crash Down CD
  3. Thrill of the Crime and Fire for Effect are both 360. For the positioning and usefulness of any thief support build, it would be really nice if the radii of these traits would match. And, if it's not too much to ask, the Venoms too. Thanks <3
  4. Amazing that you're increasing Mantra of Concentration to 600 radius! Please do the same for Mantra of Resolve; it only makes sense that they have the same radius, both being support mantras.
  5. Reactive Lenses is most useful for its stunbreak, not its blind immunity or new cleanse, so please make it trigger the moment you click to cast a healing spell rather than after the healing spell has resolved. In other words, have it turn the healing spell into a stunbreak button.
  6. Yup, right bait, right time, everything. I get 4-5 fishing holes done in a dusk/dawn. It just.... doesn't wanna :'D And I love that trivia 🤣
  7. Man, I hate Dusk&Dawn Fish 😂 Up to 26 now. 26 dawn/dusks in Ascalon trying to get that kittening Muskellunge. I managed to do six zones in the days and nights while chasing the kittener. They will implement a "catch a million fish" achievement and I will get it - counting from when it was released - before I catch Muskellunge. My tombstone with have a picture of it next to the texts "The one who got away" and "Cod Swimming Amongst Mere Minnows 99%" in the top right corner. The inscription will be "Marcus got to see too few dawns and dusks in his life, but at least he was acutely aware of each one". People will not leave flowers on my grave; they will leave 3D printed Muskellunge models. The cemetery groundskeeper will be paid to put a float on my grave every even hour at xx:25-xx:30 and every odd hour xx:40-xx:45. My savings will be used to start a foundation to help those dealing with the trauma of unfinished life goals. Their membership t-shirts shall say "0,99 is rounded up" and their pick-me-up catchphrase will be "the world is more beautiful with Muskellunge still roaming the seas" and none of them will know what it means, since all references to the fish were purged from the game and internet in honour of my memory when the story of my death and lifelong struggle reached the news. A tombstone will be placed in Loreclaw Expanse in the Plains of Ashford with the inscription "The Life That Could Have Been Lived" and a broken fishing rod will lean against it, as a warning to all those who come after.
  8. What the title says. The description and title of Rifle Burst Grenade is precisely that: a grenade. So why not let Grenadier affect it? 🙂
  9. The Flamethrower problem is tricky. The core idea of the design of flamethrower + juggernaut is precisely that one gets to be this unstoppable but slow tank spewing flames everywhere. That fantasy is appealing to new and old players alike, and taking away the core components would probably make it die (not that these changes do that). I think, for future changes, if the build needs to be nerfed, nerf it in ways other than taking away its biggest strength. Give it other weaknesses. Just spitballing a few... Increase the CD on its CC and blind skills. Give the player a flat movement speed reduction while in flamethrower, like -25%, -33% or even -50%. Really amp up its identity as a slow, unstoppable juggernaut. (If you reduce it by 33%, then Superspeed, which the flamethrower scrapper has close to 100% uptime on, brings it to normal Swiftness speed. If you reduce it by 50%, superspeed brings it to normal speed, where it can still be outrun by enemies with Swiftness). Make the cone on Flame Jet thinner so it takes more skill to land it. Have a Fuel mechanic for the Flamethrower kit. Something like: When you equip the kit, get 100 stacks of Fuel as a buff All of the skills consume some amount of Fuel Either have the kit gain a CD or have the Fuel buff slowly gain stacks per second when NOT using the kit Add the effect "gain 25 Fuel" to the kit's associated toolbelt skill.
  10. I don't know if the Willbender is supposed to be playable with a Burn build, but considering all the Burning you put in there, it seems you want that. But normally, for any other Burning-focused Guardian, Permeating Wrath is an absolutely core part of the kit to get a meaningful Burn output, and its useful is severely crippled for the Willbender, so you might have to look at that. Either the Burns on its other skills have to be pumped up, or Permeating Wrath has to be split and buffed for Willbender to take the 'bender up to par with the other Burnguard builds.
  11. You seem to have split Dhuumfire for the Harbinger and made it 1s duration, but the tooltip doesn't say so. I prefer a shorter duration over an ICD every day, but this feels Very low. Maybe 1.5s base? Please increase the Tainted Bolts aoe to 180. At its current radius, you are very unlikely to hit more than one target, even in WvW, and given its short range and the risk you have to take to put yourself there with ticking Blight, I feel the payoff should be bigger. I love the gatling-gun feel of Tainted Bolts with permanent Quickness and Dhuumfire on, but the damage it all deals is just... really low.
  12. I can't describe how happy I was to finally get a Mesmer spec that doesn't rely on clones! The class can finally play WvW as more than a portal-and-veil-bot, scout and roamer! 😄 I have been tinkering with some way to make use of the bottom three traits with a Grieving/Celestial build, but the condi damage is just so low, even taking Main the Disillusioned and Bladesong Sorrow into account, and being able to spam all Bladesongs with 5 blades on CD due to the blade generation of Bloodsong + Jagged Mind in a high-target environment. That torment and confusion and bleed doesn't amount to much, and no matter how I try to wiggle the build, at the end of the day, it would just do more damage by going pure power instead. I would love to see the Virtuoso have the option to go condi and not be a straight downgrade because of it. The base duration of jagged Mind could easily be 3s in WvW where the rapid cleansing means that higher duration gets kept in check anyway. I also agree with other posts here that Sorrow could be Bleed, to work better with the Virtuoso's focus on Bleed. Here's an idea: replace the Expertise on Sharpening Sorrow with "While you have Fury, your Blade attacks are Unblockable." Please let us reactivate Bladecall to call the blades back to us immediately, at any point after launching them, preferably including before they have traveled the full distance. I do think it's cool that Virtuoso has the option of being a real boonripping monster if they want, with Shattered Concentration letting you rip 5 boons from 5 people in WvW with each shatter, but that is something you might want to keep an eye on. Normally, the power of the trait is modulated by the clones susceptibility to stiff breezes and you get at most 3 procs, but here we can trigger it super reliably. Maybe split it so that for Virtuosos, each target can only lose at most 1 boon to each Bladesong cast? Thousand Cuts: please make the range 1500. Phantasmal Blade is very underwhelming. You only have so many phantasms, and Fury is only so interesting. The blade also does very disappointing damage. Considering it's on the same row as Infinite Forge, maybe you could instead have them generate an extra blade for you when they disappear? I really really like that there is no ICD on Jagged Mind and Bloodsong. If there were, it would be impossible to design a build around them. In general, any trait with an ICD can at most be a nice bonus on top of another concept, but you can never design a build around it. This combo of traits is very interesting to build around. Thank you! Please give Psychic Force a 1s long single stack of Stab to let you finish the knockback animation. Since the entire effect is not instant, you can have feelbad moments where you stunbreak but are CCd again before you finish the skill.
  13. I surprised myself when I started crying uncontrollably for ten minutes in the car with my family today. I did not realize just how much I missed you, Colin. You have been sorely missed, and Guild Wars 2 has not been the same without you. From the bottom of my heart, welcome home <3 (Apologies if there are any typos above; I can't see because now I'm crying again)
  14. I absolutely love this direction you're taking the game! We needed to get less of everything and this does that very well! Good job guys!
