Windows 7 here, having the issue every few characters. Windows version ain't it.

Happens to me on any map as far as I can tell. Though it does happen most often on Draconis Mons and Verdant Brink, but that's probably just because more than half of my characters are parked on those maps on alternating days.

They released a fix, then undid it in yesterday's patch. The one with the angry chest in the waiting area.

It's definitely more difficult to get in than previous years. Used to be impossible to miss, yet failed 5/5 times so far. Also, the first platform after jumping down onto the gear with the last side chest now takes longer to become "solid," which keeps messing up my runs.
