I selected the guild "BagS" and upon original reset have been appropriately loading on to the Blue team this entire weekend (Dragon's Claw), until Monday evening.
My friend and I waited in a short queue to get to EBG (since it had a queue of 1) with the intent to queue up and port to home bl (blue) after we made it to EBG.
We were fighting on the same team, until our queues popped... We both had similar timing on queue and "Travel" pop option; while I was loading, my friend got a popup and then proceeded to load as well.
However, when we both finished loading, I discovered I was now on the Red Team (Griffonfall), despite my alliance and team affiliation in my "BETA" selection tab having been unchanged.
I have also included screenshots of combat log showing I was "damaging" blue players and they were named (Hololujah is my friend, for instance, with which I had been grouped with this whole time) and also showing "allies" healing me, but named as enemies: ie Titan's Staircase Platinum Knight heals you for x ...
We both queued up again to swap to Green map, and after I sat in queue for over 30 minutes, I was able to rejoin my friend on that map as teammates. My friend changed maps almost immediately, presumably because the queue size was smaller (which my friend has almost no queue, and I had a queue of 15 to wait through)?
This whole ordeal occurred around approximated 9:30pm Eastern time (ported to Blue "home" map as a Red, enemy), and I was able to rejoin my friend on Green map as the correct Blue teammate around 9:56pm Eastern.
I hope these details help, and more info can be pulled from game logs. I had been told by folks in game I should submit a bug ticket online, so I had not submitted anything in game or here until this morning. I presume at this point, submitting something in game would be pointless. I was told by GM Zippy the Wonder Squirrel that I should not submit a game bug ticket, but should post on the forums.
