I think the title pretty much spells it out but lets go into this. When Clockwork Chaos was released. Along with the story line (which is great cause I missed it the first time around), there were also 32 achievements added to it. With points and rewards for doing the work. Some of that work being a bit grinding or having to find a group to go into Aether Path with you (so hard to find good help). Now, what got me going was 2 different achievement give you an Infinite Watchknight Tonic. The same tonic. I got that tonic a while back, so I did not need either BUT... I can imagine giving out 1 as a reward would be great for those that don't have it. Sooooo.... Why 2? The tonics are account bound and once added to your novelties. It's unlocked to all of your characters on that account. Which makes the second one... useless. I can't sell it to a merchant or even on the black lion (not that anyone would want to buy it with 2 in their inventory). You can't use it in crafting either. So again, why 2? It's a waist. It would be better to not get a second 1 and just achievement points then to get it at all. Getting it make the achievement feel worthless. Both achievements that gave it were not simple or quick to do either. So ya, just weird. What were you guys thinking, Arenanet? I really would love to know. I am going to sit them on an alt character. Next to my 25 mini Queen Jennah I get on any character I make that turns 1 years old (that I can not do anything with).

So I see these portal tomes for season 3, 4 and icebrood. As well as scroll for specific wp on maps for these seasons. The question is, are they a one time use or can they be used multiple times? Can a tome be shared? I have one character that has been pretty much every where but so many extras that have not been anywhere. If this is unlimited use. Then it will be very helpful with bringing them to other maps to help with farming map currency or materials.

I logged in looking forward to see what the 9th gift was. Was going to drop about $50 on gems to get some things. Just have fun. Ok maybe the special gift you get for the account is special. 2 Anniversary Weapon Packs 1 Guaranteed Wardrobe Unlock 1 Feast of Delectable Birthday Cake 1 Delectable Birthday Dye Kit 1 Title WAIT! That's it? A "could be anything like a lv 5 map weapons skin you just did not get" wardrobe unlock, 2 more anniversary weapon packs and a portable tray of cake that EVERYONE will have and spam. It's the Birthday Cake Gun all over again. Oh and a dye for 6 colors but you only get 1. Then what, wait another year to get another. Just like the backpacks. Oh and it has TWO PINKS! I like pink and all but no red. I was so disappointing with the birthday gifts that I logged into Guild Wars 1 and got my Birthday Vouchers and had more fun with those. Look I understand that the comment I get in game about this. "Well they don't have to give us anything. Free is Free." But come on. 9 years with the company. Did you not see the title you gave us. COMMITTED! 9 years of commitment to this game. Oh and I read that year 10 was going to be Unwavering. Well I am so disappointed. I am starting to Waver.
