not sure what to think yet.. but i'll give it a shot 😉

several times now when i tab out to swap song on spotify or check something in the browser the game starts to freeze and then my whole pc slows to a crawl and i have to reboot it. this has been when in WvW every time it happened. this is happening every time i tab out in WvW as of today. even if there's no action at all and i'm just standing around doing nothing. tried to repair gw2 but that had no effect.

they're like those rare one shot builds you could encounter very rarely except apparently they're so easy that it's pretty much the majority of what you meet in WvW now. anyone claiming they're not overtuned is in denial.

JP's are not fun and this one in particular so it's bad enough as it is. no need to add to the frustration. just remove it from the weekly.

could probably be cool as one of those video game animes they have. live action would never happen.

i don't remember what my experience was like when i started out. but i got to watch a friend try the game out a few days ago and it was pretty eye opening how the experience can be for others. i'll say this. i doubt you'll find many who come prepared with hours of video guides watched and the wiki open on a second monitor when they're trying out a new game. anyway he didn't last long. and if i hadn't been around he would've been gone way faster.

personally i feel like the celestial stat was made for Elementalists. but i think all professions have at least 1 build that can make use of it.

i think it will be better in the long run.

i use afflicted when running around in OW content. then probably thief for bosses and antitoxin in wvw as usual. i play cele exclusively. haven't settled on any rune sets yet other than traveler.

if you pay attention to the mini map you'll see downed players pretty much everywhere you go so no you're not alone in that. 😛

true. but is that really how people asking for a 1500 ranged weapon want to use it?

yeah it's one thing when you can weapon swap easilly between ranged and melee but for elementalists that ain't happening. that's why the begging for a ranged spec always felt a little tone deaf to me. like they're forgetting what game it is they're playing. the opportunities to be some kind of mage archetype slinging spells at a distance are going to be slim no matter what game mode you play.

been gone for awhile and haven't kept up with changes but kitten this nerf was instantly noticeable and it just ruins the feel of the weapon. i hate it!.
