  1. Nuh-uh! I just wanted to save the readers the confusion! Make Killshot hit 25% harder! ✊😌
  2. Hundred Blades... They fixed Sw 3 on Guardian... A Defensive/Offensive skill... And allows it to move while casting now...
  3. Honestly... The reason they buffed Skullgrinder is because Skullgrinder was the choice when Power Zerker was ever in the meta. BUT- the fact they didn't even look at Decapitation or even Arc Divider but said they wanted to buff Power Zerker just perplexes me... At least the chalkboard can have a 'PvP Power Zerker' mentioned tally of 1. Wild Blow being a defense breaker is a cool concept, but if they're wanting it to be considerable. It needs to actually punish. Remove the damage increase and leave the knockdown, but make it unblockable. That way it's worth dropping Bull's Charge for the gap closer/defense and can force people to use a stun break if they need to.
  4. Speed of Sand should absolutely be baseline... And just make it so Mirage Cloak grants Swiftness when it ends. Easy peasy. As for Infinite Forge. I'd love for it to reduce the cool down of the Bladesong used. Perhaps a percentage, perhaps a raw number. Maybe it even increases the max blade count to 7 or something. Who knows.
  5. Source: https://www.guildwars2.com/en/news/new-weapon-proficiencies-beta-feedback-update/ As someone who was testing out Rifle in PvP. I feel like all of these changes are going to be beneficial. Rifle 2 being able to retarget with instant cast is a MASSIVE QoL. Rifle 3 being faster is also going to be significant in its own way. I'm a little concerned that if the phantasm will AoE stun or not, that could be a bit strong and end up getting the skill nerfed more than in its original state. Rifle 5 skill feels awkward to me, I kind of wish it gave the Mesmer themselves some sort of value. Perhaps being able to set the start and end point like a Portal Lite kind of thing.
  6. As the person who tested this and documented it on the Wiki, yes it does activate when you charge the mantra, and then use Power Return. (Granted per 1s CD if you have Alacrity). This means you'll activate 2 Restorative Mantras proc per Power Return. Hope this helps!
  7. I would like to request the full-snark edition. Also I blame a difference in mechanics in this situation really. The energy mechanic makes it more acceptable for Vindicator to do what it does; even if it is pretty degenerate. Only way Warrior could do something similar is if it had abilities that consumed Adrenaline or something... Hold on. Goes to stare at GW1 Warrior skills.
  8. I'm actually curious about your 'defensive measure against melee' part. Ranged skills have just as many counters as melee skills. Best I can think of is LB 3 to stealth or LB 4 to knock people back. Rifle on DE might be a good example, but it's also just countering projectiles and using initiative to be mobile.
  9. Would you be able to recreate this and record it? Maybe it's because I just haven't been playing matches lately, but I've never seen someone do this. Maybe via an exploit, yes, but not via a skill itself.
  10. Yes! Exactly. That'll be OP against an 11k HP pool!
  11. I know I'm the baddie when I flick my tongue like a snake whenever I see someone using the Dungeoneer title.
  12. Give FC ammo, a 900 second cast time and deals triple damage to elementalists.
  13. Heheh, I was playing this the other day when dueling them. I was on a FA Weaver kick, fought some peeps, got bored, wanted to do some Phoenix wombo-combos, and yeeee. Durability is actually so good on Weaver too. Especially with the Resolution tacked on now.
  14. That's a niche thing to point out imo. The only way you can get the roulette to go away is legit ignoring it and letting it time out. πŸ’€ The ready up portion is the only portion you can dismiss.
  15. I'd offer soft serve but the machine is broken..
  16. Owo, nuuu~ couwd it weawwy be widdle ol' me chu's tawkin' 'bout? Dis smol, smol bean couwdn't have been kitten one to go all zoomie-zoom with a big, bwight Pheonix + Spawkwy Fwashy uwu on chu yestewday, couwd it? Oh pwease, pwease, wet it not be dis tiny, cutesy-wootsy floofer dat did a mega oopsie-woopsie! (>Ο‰<✿) πŸ’«πŸ’–βœ¨πŸŒΈβœ¨
  17. As someone who likes to do other things while waiting for queue pop, I would sincerely appreciate the UI not locking out my mouse clicks... It's been the same way since HoT... It's definitely overdue for a revamp. Give PvP some QoL, just a few sprinkles of sugar.
  18. I'd love to see Sw/Sw Harb or Sw/Sw Scourge pop up. I could see Sw/Sw Harb with Blood Magic being pretty popular with all the life steal + blood bank. I want Pistol on Ele to have some better power coefficients so I can play FA Pistol dangit. I wanna be a spellslinger, a shock to the heart, you know.
  19. It's the reality of it all. Celestial Mesmer isn't possible in PvP. Celestial ANYTHING isn't possible in PvP. Mesmer also predominantly inflicts a reactive condition called Confusion. This condition only damages you significantly if you panic and press buttons, like heal, accidentally dodge and interrupt it, press something else in a panic to react to that overreaction, and then eat 3-4 ticks of Confusion activating. It sounds like you're asking for better animations that are easier to differentiate rather than nerf conditions themselves. Which I agree with this idea, animations are becoming a little muddled sometimes. Also it's sounding like you specifically have an issue with Mesmer and Necromancer, both light-armored professions. Mesmer can inflict, at maximum, 4 damaging conditions. (Bleeding, Burning, Confusion, and Torment). Necromancer is slower but inflicts a significantly large variety of conditions. Also 13+ minutes sounds like WvW considering a PvP match only lasts 15 minutes.
  20. Deadeye is weird because it's projectile heavy but great at moving between nodes. DD probably can do work but the effort required is a little ruff into the current meta, doesn't mean it's weak though. Core is reserved for the P/D Condi build currently. Specter is stuck being a Sc/Pi pocket support, I'd love to see them give Specter the normal init amount already.
  21. Man, condi hate posts are kinda cliche at this point... Dodge skills that inflict conditions, use skills that remove conditions, avoid people who use condition builds while not having condi cleanse... Presto.
  22. I think it's wild that people don't realize how much a condition like WEAKNESS completely removes Power Mesmer's existence... They're not some ineffable force of nature, sneeze a blind when they're casting GS4 or GS2 and suddenly you've got a pink wizard scrambling to pick up their marbles. There's also the beauty of LoS.
  23. What's the hate on roots... They're for plants! They need the get their nutrients somehow... Also complaining about immobilize is really giving off 'please nerf bolas' vibes. So many classes have ways to dodge or even remove immobilize. Spend some time learning how to react to the skills that do this absolutely indescribably vile thing.
