I wondering if it has been a waste of time and money to craft a Ascended Trailblazer gear. I was hoping to use it on my ele, but it doesn't seem peculiar to this profession.
  4. I'm looking for Weaver build. Keep in mind I play ele only for open world and dungeon contents. I already use Marauder Catalyst (for mobs group) and Cele Tempest (for allies support and tank). So I confirm to be really satisfied of them. Howver I'd also like to play Weaver but I can't find a specific role for this specialization. I also attempted using a full Traiblazer gear to tank some champion (and some legendary) boss but it was really disappointing. Maybe is not it so brain to cover this role with a similar specialization? I don't know it. So, how could I use my Weaver? Any suggestion?
  5. Can you provide me a good Cele Tempest support/sustain build? Preferably with dagger + warhorn. My purpose is to heal allies and provide them might and alacrity. But also having fun in OW; this is because I want to avoid harrier's set with magi rings.

Again, just because I'm trying to explain why I think it's not an issue how other people choose who they want to play with doesn't mean I myself play Strikes that way or prefer it happening.I just think that since everybody can make their own groups I don't see an issue with how some others make theirs. I personally don't think Strikes are difficult at all, and the majority of my groups had zero requirements and went just fine, even with often having to carry 1-3 players who joined as DPS or randomly just to do less than 5k, doing less damage than the supports. It doesn't really matter for such easy content.But once that does become an issue and causes repeated wipes without improvement of the problem players, I can understand then wanting to go for a group with some ensurance for better players, aka asking for some requirements, considering time isn't unlimited. Oh please, I wasn't sarcastic! Simply I only said "do what you want." Really, I don't care it and I don't want to talk about this topic anymore. So, have a good day. p.s. expressing myself in a different language may sometimes misunderstand the real intentions.
  8. You should read more and write less. Is it a logical argument or not? It is clear and implicit that people need to know content mechanic to join. In brief, I disagree only with the absurd requirements that players require.And please, you don't compare professionals to gamers, because simply it's out of place! :)

I'm a PvE player, then I'll refer about it.To me "replayable" means to re-play the same content over and over again (exactly as gw2 is), but with an important difference: also every reward associated with contents should be re-obtainable without any time-break.Often, so many people leave this game because they are bored to wait for the daily/weekly reset of rewards. Sometimes, I have more time for myself in some periods, and less in others. So, I want to take advantage of my time playing the game and having a valid purpose while I can.
  11. @Vilin.8056Im sorry. I misunderstood your thought. You was talking about open world mode, only that. Nothing about Fractal, Strike or DG.About the requirements, surely there'd be many ways for having a valid method to craft an open world legendary armor. Arenanet could include some new currency, similar to LI, or think up something entirely new. In both cases, we shouldn't worry about costs of productions; Personally I prefer working hard on a Open World Legendary Gear-Set, rather than to listen plaintive and pretentious people.

It's like if you said it indirectly, because you think the legendary armors have a purpose in raid/wvw/pvp contents, but they're useless in the open world (strike/fractal/dg inclused).I think, when come up a balance update, it changes everything, as some game aspect, or our way to play a class, sometimes. And, it isn't really important which content you're playing, because you'll need a new gear-set or transmute that one actual anywayTake me, I've got different ascended armor-set for different classes, and I use every of them daily. And often I like to make personal build to use solo against Champions or Legendary bosses.Currently I'm trying a new build with Rev, but even though I've already got three heavy ascended armor-set, I feel the need for another set. But I have to craft one more, again! It's literally frustrating!

  14. I agree with your proposal. I like playing everything, excepted WvW and Raid (due to the elitism). PvP contents, just a few times. So, I'd like that Arenanet can support our category, because I find it stressful making a new ascended armor-set every time. I already own 9 Ascended Armor-Set and often I feel the need to make another yet. But no thanks!
  15. It isn't really important for me, because usually I run Fractal with some other class, like FB, DH, Druid or Reaper. My mesmer has been realized for fun :)

Axe viper mirage is good in all PvE content, including fractals and some raids.its OK in fractals, there are better builds but its solid.its meta in some raids, so its solid there too.GS is overall really kitten weak in im honest, its only good in open world where mobs die to 1hit, its fun and its good against mobs that die really fast, and since its long range aoe its very fast at killing kitten mobs. but its no good for stronger content.GS would fit your needs right now REALLY well, but if you wanna move towards raids or better fractals you would have to change.Axe is just solid in pve.TLDR.GS mirage is good for weak pve content, garbage in tough content. But you can use GS chrono for tough content so GS is not a waste + its funAXE is OK in fractals, good in open world and very good in raids, I find it really fun and its meta.make your choice Exactly what I was looking for!   17. Hi guys, I'm not familiar with Mirage and I'd like learning this Spec. In the last few years, I played only Chronomancer, but honesty I feel bored now.So, I've almost made a new ascended gear-set, but I've not chosen its stats yet. I love to play PvE contents like duo/solo roaming, events, living world story, world bosses and farming, sometimes also low fractals tiers. While looking for some build on MetaBattle I found two good different builds for Mirage: Viper Axe/x Infinite Horizon and Marauder Greatsword Farmer. What do you think of them?I prefer to arm myself with a versatile build over time and useful in more circumstances. Any suggestion?****
  18. Those classes have something in common : big easy AoE and well designed skills. When you play them, you feel powerful and you make a difference. Ranger ? Meh. Power Fbrand, Power DH or Reaper fart AoEs. The whole area is busy with their spells. Ranger only has the channeled Barrage. Playing a Condi FBrand is crazy easy and do more damage than the weird Condi Ranger that has to hug a target and flank. Soul Spiral and Whirling Wrath are both mobile (5 targets), but Ranger has the stationary Whirling Defense (3 targets). I can go on with stuffs like that, but it just shows how much handicap the Ranger has to deal with. Just look at the state of the Druid's staff, it shows you how bad it is. Those are wise words and real facts.
  19. Until now I played Ranger for fun, going around the open world and story missions. Moreover, when Firebrand wasn't still out, very often I used Druid for Fractal contents. So, my opinion about this class has always been only one: play it without any stress! Anyway I've also got other classes like zerk-Reaper, support-Firebrand, zerk-Dragon Hunter, alac-Renegade and I find all them suggestive, powerful, useful for certain situations. And about Ranger and his specializations? I don't play Ranger core anymore, due to limitations in terms of enjoyment, so I prefer to play as Soulbeast in pve. And, although my Ranger owns two offensive ascended gearset (zerk/viper) his melee-attacks aren't really valid for winning against groups of enemies or help my party providing solid dps (not with these evasive sword/dagger weapon-skills). All short-range weapons have slow, useless and for-single-target skills. What's usefulness that "sword-skill-rework" supposed to give? What's usefulness those melee weapons with their low damage and slow dps supposed to give? And, about Warhorn cooldown? It's really long, considered the current meta, isn't it? But more importantly, there aren't aoe weapon-skills enough to deal groups of mobs and survive at them as Reaper would; there aren't good evasive and protective weapon-skills; there aren't pull skills .Also that pet mechanics always seemed unconvincing to me Are GS and torch an exception? I think so. Now, I think also this class should be reworked almost entirely because I really feel stress and difficulty at all times.
  20. Mmh, but this isn't good! Almost all armors become ugly. I already tried lots recent armors and I think someone of them own more accurate models/textures than other in the play area. I know that every armor made with "different materials", but all them should have a very cool impact to us, everywhere. Guild Wars 2 seems to aim a lot on aesthetic factor. This aspect of GW2 should be improved in my honest opinion.
  21. I hope this is the right section.I have a question about the characters armor appearances. I can't understand because the game shows armors more detailed and gleaming when I look at them from inventory panel, while if I look at them out from it everything looks like a mess. Why?Like you can see it, I use high/highest settings. Is there a way to remedy this?
  22. Actually I played Guardian a long time ago, when there weren't still ElitΓ© Specs. But after PoF, I've played only DH for Fractal content and nothing more. However, I've always loved the healer role. At least with Druid was fun! Firebrand made me curious and so I couldn't resist focusing on it :) Thank you all. Every your answer has been useful to me.
