They are fine as daily, Anet just needs to take a step back, look at the older content and actually fix it. The list of bugs for the game is huge, and having a solution like: try another day, is wild.

it's not an aoe target, it works like a sniper rifle in HoT adventure. your target is around middle of screen. The recommendation was action camera to see the little white dot to aim or at least know exactly where you're aiming.

I did it couple minutes ago, didn't take much time. With daily on there are plenty ppl doing it too, so a chance of hitting some that can just carry you through it is very high. You could always switch to PvP dailies as last resort. Haven't heard complaints about those.

Interesting thing about voice acting. I am very happy with the current voices, but is it me or human male player character has voicelines in a different voice. Do we have some small change or I missed one in the past? I think the big names don't matter that much as long as there is nothing weird distracting us from the voicelines/story. Like sudden swap of a VA would feel odd for a while, or some small thing I noticed the voiceline saying something slightly different than the chat dialogue. There were couple of cases where my toon just repeated the same sentence or added a couple words after the chat text was already over. Also very happy with Felicia being back. Still not really attached to Zojja after that long break, but it's nice to hear her.

PvP players: there is no new PvP content and there's not enough player playing it. Also PvP players: get those people out of PvP. ppl who are doing PvP dailies these days deliberately chose to do them in the Vault (or are not aware they can change). So it seems like they wanted to either use a mix of multiple game modes or want to learn/play PvP.

This box won't let you skip it if they offer gen2 in it. You still need to craft the gift of mastery which in case of gen 2 requires 250 ore 🙂

You benefit from the masteries more after doing both collections. So not nothing.

The chiev is really easy. Just do it. You can skip the egg collection, but the skip is so expensive no sane person would use it.

If you actually pick up reward when you hit the cap, I assume tough luck and the currency is lost. Which is probably why the most expensive stuff costs 1k, not 1,2k or 1,3k exactly. I also don't understand why they picked such a weird number for it xD Why not 2000? We can see that they copy FF XIV already, why not go all the way there xD

It's the amount you can hold at once. You can spend some and get more and spend some and get more and spend some... I think you get it 😛 It's like generic tomestones in FF XIV.

Hello, I already reported the bug in game, but letting others know. Today, I completed Temple of Febe strike mission. On 1st completion the achivement is supposed to reward us with a Relic. I have not received the relic tho. (support couldn't help with rewards for completed achivements 🥲 ) The Cosmic Observatory worked fine. Fix Temple of Febe chiev please.

I guess now ppl will have to play the game. 🥲

Many people already have a full set tho. It will probably be worth it for the skins, but if most of the mats are sth we already have in game, this won't take as much time as ppl think it could. It's not like our material storages are all empty.

A movie is actually good. 😛 I still preordered the xpack, but I'd rather keep my expectations very low this time. I did the same for some of the latest content and I still ended up a bit disappointed. And I am extremely sad it happened, cuz I've invested over 5k hours into the game. I remember enjoying most of that time, it's just that lately I really struggle to find content for myself.

Not quite, the recent EX and Savages were release a week after the patch dropped iirc. That's hardly a delay. It's definitely not couple months.

Wait, I thought they meant a quarterly update, so somewhere in Q4 2023. If it's really 2024, it is pretty concerning. That's a huge gap between releases, given that the same release would be another SotO map and some other stuff.

I think always keeping Commander in the company of the same characters is a mistake. NPCs should live their own lives between our epic adventures, we shouldn't try to build avengers for every single threat that we face. Maybe leaving the team build behind, we could actually have some side stories involving the NPCs doing their own thing when they are not dragged into a great conflict with us. Caithe on a spy mission trying to uncover some scheme. Logan dealing with some minor assault on Kryta. Then they can levarage some of that seemingly random stuff to throw us into something bigger down the road. We see what the NPCs are up to, they are not all up in our face all the time (so we don't get a chance to actually start to hate them *looking at you Taimi, Braham AND Aurene*), we still get to see some characters we know and we don't feel immediately disconnected from the stories whenever the jump out with some huge threat in a random part of the world.

Meanwhile SE announced the xpack coming in Summer 2024 and ppl lost their minds. I was really hoping for more of a story trailer for this new xpack. I guess we have the world around the tower changing a bit, but I bet that many of the players wouldn't even notice the changes if it wasn't for ppl pointing them out in forums or reddit. I feel no connection to this new story... We've dealt with a threat... and we're just "oh, well... anyways" off to some new threat. I really hope the 1st story chapter is good.
