  1. Unfortunately, "west of the waypoint" doesn't give me enough information. There are three different locations that he moves between, so knowing where he's standing (and what he says when you talk to him) would help me narrow down where it's breaking.
  2. Can you post a screenshot of his current screenshot? This is one of those bugs that we've never been able to reproduce.
  3. That's very baffling. In testing the other fix (where the escort event would end, but the golem fight would never start) QA and I ran though both events several times and never ran into this. I've looked through the event and I can't find any cases where this would happen. :(Subject S should reach the end of his escape route, say a line ("We have arrived! From this beach, we can set sail for Ember Bay!"), and complete the event. The security golem then appears in a last ditch effort prevent Subject S's escape.
  4. Note that the instance entry for Chapter 3 is by the Tomb of Primeval Kings in Desert Oasis, not Kourna. In Chapter 4, a portal to Jahai Bluffs becomes available, so the game is trying to be helpful and directing you to go through the Bluffs to get back to the Oasis, but it doesn't realize that you haven't unlocked the portal yet.
  5. Just to be clear: Tonn is following the player, not the rest of the team. He won't go anywhere without the player leading the way.
  6. Is this exactly the same issue? Both Subject S and the golem are facing off against each other, but the event isn't running and the golem isn't targetable?
  7. I haven't been able to reproduce this bug, using different approaches. He's following the player, so he won't head to the next site on his own. You need to go to the spot where you want him to plant the bomb. In the screenshot, the player is too far from the tower, which is past the large branch. It looks like the minimap is zoomed out a bit, so it's difficult to tell that you're not in the right spot.
  8. This looks like a side effect of allowing all of the skill challenges to be repeatable. I'll get a fix in for the next content update. Currently, there's about a 5 second window after completing the challenge where you can speak with the NPC to get the item, but then it switches back over to the "start the event" conversation. I'll add the option to get the item to the "start the event" conversation if you've already completed the challenge.
  9. If "Fight" and "Leave" are the only options, you need to complete the challenge. Afterwards, when you speak to the NPC, if you have the collection but have not obtained that item already, there's a "Would you give me something to show them you also endure?" option to receive the item.
  10. When was this? This specific bug was addressed earlier this month.
  11. What's the event text? (Event name and current objective.) How is it "stuck"? Is the key NPC missing? Standing still?

This morning I fixed a bug that was affecting several skill challenges where if you ran away after starting the skill challenge, the NPC would turn friendly but leave the event active, so they wouldn't respond to new challengers. Once QA confirms the fix, it'll go into the next content update.

I presume the meta is on the step where the warband is being assembled?
  14. I'll have to take a deeper look at Foulnight. I fixed a stall in the assault on Incendio Templum, but in many playthroughs I never ran into any issues with the transition from defending Bloodsaw Mill to the assault.
  15. Where is Savor Foulnight standing? Is he in the spot where he collects items for the event, and the event isn't running? Note that the collection event only runs if the Boodsaw Mill was damaged when it was under attack. If nothing in Bloodsaw Mill was destroyed during the attack, he should go to Harrownight right after the defend event ends.
  16. There's also an escort event (guarding an NPC while he collects devourer eggs). If I know which NPCs aren't waiting by Harrownight, it tells me which pre-events haven't completed.
  17. Ok I believe I found and fixed the issue with Tonn becoming unresponsive at the end of the chapter. (Coming to a future update, as usual.) I'm continuing to look at the problem where he stalls at one of the other towers, but so far I can't reproduce it--I've only seen it once in about 20 play throughs.
  18. Where exactly is it stalling? There are a couple of different break points being reported in this thread. What's your current objective?
  19. I'm trying to track this down, but I haven't been able to reproduce the issue where the objective is "Speak with Tonn" but he won't bring up the conversation to pick your next mission. I have found a situation where the "Clear the beach of undead" objective can appear to stall because some of the enemies you need to defeat aren't very obvious, especially if you go directly from tower 2 to tower 3 instead of backtracking through the caves. I've also found a case where that objective can stall in multiplayer. I have one report of Tonn stalling at tower 2, but it's unclear exactly where it's stalling. (The report doesn't indicate if he finished blowing up tower 2 or not.)
  20. This is still under investigation, but so far we haven't found a consistent common element or any way to reproduce the problem in-house. I'm subscribed to this thread, so I'm continuing to follow it and read all the posts.
  21. Have you submitted bug reports in game? As I said, we're still trying to find the common denominator in the disconnects.
