I found this issue last year but I didn't send a ticket, I thought I missed some parts, but today when I checked out this achievement, it was like the pic below. I think I've already collected all the books but the achievement interface shows that I don't have chapter 2 and 10. When I open the book (the name of the book doesn't have the 'unfinished' suffix ), there was no chapter 3 and 7, hope it could be fixed soon.
