north substation is close to the wp for the jade bot heart, ride a zipline up from there and drop down to the protocols right out side the substation and then charge/get protocols repeat til you are at max time, takes less than 5 minutes for max.

easiest way I've found is go to the substations/labs in kaineng city, they have both usually close outside with charge stations inside with unlimited charges, so doesn't take too long, i agree though the resting being kind of pointless after all the masteries are done.

yes, on more research the reset is sooner than i thought, but the event can stall out and requires at least daily reset to help it reset. it also requires you to fail the defend the fire event to get to the flower event.

So for this achievement chain you have to complete this event, Bring foul-smelling underwater plants to Lunt. Problem is the first chain in that event chain is "This event frequently stops working at some variable after a server reset. Lunt is left holding the bomb that he sells after the event but is no longer selling it. The event is not available until the next reset and the other event of the series is also blocked." and from my limited knowledge is server resets usually only happen on tuesdays when updates hit every couple weeks. So we are expected to wait every couple weeks if we miss that time window to complete this achievement.

you cant access any of the wp's in wvw is the problem i think this person is referring to. you have to either use portals or the wvw menu to get to EBG or the BL's

So I am farming unbound magic using the gathering tools. I would love an opinion ingame (not in the gem store) for either an item that we can stack a single gathering tool in and uses the charges, like the pick axe has 50 uses, using this tool you could add maybe 4 pickaxes and have a single tool with 200 charges, or just have a way to stack these themselves. I think this can save a lot of bag space especially if you have the plant gathering tools since those are limited to 25 uses, and you still have the same use amounts but just in one tool/item, also saves annoyance with having to change tools every 3 minutes because it runs out because it has that few of charges.

it has to be silver or above for rolling racer. i have done over 15 laps well within bronze time and it doesn't count unless its a bug
