Use mace and camp and don't go to staff in fight. Better switch staff to focus. Bring renewed focused, condition cleanse mantra and stand your ground. Always kite. These will help with survi.

When I started raiding, I joined a guild that had a training run as a chrono tank. It took 3 hrs to kill vg. So I guess it's not that hard. Still some people think 3 hrs is waste of time.

Fractals and raids havn't got much attention either, maybe a bit more than pvp. LW is their main priority.

I tried a heal fb, and the build could carry me to plat 1 without knowledge of rotation or other classes. But maybe you had different experience who knows? All I did was just spamming tome on cd and mace block everything, dodging at random time.

Cause it has real time action combat, and the animation is very fluid. No other mmos that has the combat I like.

while I agree, I don't know it's possible to make LFR tho, there's no role in this game.If I were anet I would make all bosses to be cm repeatable with better reward for hardcore. For casual it's literally impossible for them to raid. First they have random gear, and don't want to wipe to the boss for learning. If it's not auto attack and probably use random skill the boss to death, they wouldn't do it. I still remember the hate to raids long ago when they decided to add raid to this game.

Remember this is raid meta, and yes holo is underperforming in that area and should get buff .

well I want new wvw and pvp contents, and living worlds don't deliver that.

They're probably taking a break. When Anet release new contents they will come back.

The starting gear is fine for soloing story mode. For open world, veteran mob can be 1v1 easily (but not hero points' veterans).I don't know maybe learn how to play your class and don't face tank many mobs at the same time?Or maybe join a guild and get people to help? I bet pug still want chrono tank because the basic comp 2chrono 1 druid 1 heal. If you happen to stumble upon other comps ( example Adina, tank thief or tank renegade ) there will be other class to tank, and they are good tanks too.

You should plea this in WvW and PvP forum instead.

Can't you just copy meta battle? Or wait a week and SC will update some of the build in their discord ( for raid and maybe pve ).

But since you excluded necro. People usually look for Dh, DD and Mirage Dh - good dps, block, good heal, good mobility, medium cc. DD - good dps, good CC. Mirage - good dps for current condi bosses.
