  1. note that berserker+valkyrie stat combo can only be found on ascended trinkets. This can be seen as a bonus if the below criteria can be met. If you can max out crit chance with other ways, berserker+valkyrie is better than pure berserker. Note Fury boon grants +20% crit chance. Some classes may have fury uptime 100% and other ways to boost precision and crit chance besides gear. So the loss of precision from gear wouldn't impact your damage.
  2. The only way to not have enough mastery points is if you waste them on superfluous masteries before you can afford the luxury. For PoF, it's recommended you only train up to the third mastery of each mount (and that's if they really help) for all mounts. Then finally train the fourth masteries after you have acquired all four basic mounts. If you follow the story in timely fashion and don't waste mastery points on the fourth tier masteries (or even some of the second and third tiers), completing many of the story chapters will give you plenty of mastery points. Also bonus mastery points in open world.
  3. The truly viable range DPS is Staff Elementalist. Great DPS and great AOE. Also can now summon army of pets to tank for you. Very little moving for the most part, yet provides good mobility and escape options when needed (i.e. teleport, knockback, stun, immobilize, etc.).
  4. A group of 5, 10 people isn't Massively Multiplayer by any stretch of the imagination. If you think group content must be compelleed, then all group content should be designed for huge squads of 50, 100, 1000 people. I (and probably many other players) do enjoy group content in the open world, but not instanced tiny group content. Many reasons these instanced unmassive group content in MMO are avoided. Repetitive, claustrophobic, linear, instanced, and (perhaps most importantly) not massive. In fact quite opposite of what MMOs should strive for; arguably holding back the genre.

  6. It's actually one of the easiest and shortest JP in the game. My only complaint is the walkthrough on the wiki is incomplete, thus confusing.
  7. It's much simpler. Green and below: CopperYellow and Orange: Sell item No need for Runecrafter.

  10. challenging instance content like dungeons, raids breed toxic people. DPS meter has nothing to do with that.

  12. each zone has one heart NPC that sells unbound tools that provide unbound magic when you gather, mine, forage. also do events, chests, etc. it's better to save the berries because trinkets also cost berries, and they are harder to farm than unbound magic.
  13. Well good news! 70% of your armor sets will be buttcapes too so you can hate 70% of the skins that take 1600% longer to make XD Bad news! They can make 1 million outfits, and I will still own ZERO outfits.
  14. Outfits are only available from Gem Store. That's not going to benefit the vast majority of the customers.
  15. If they wanted easy way out, just stick with 2D games, and never touch 3D. There, much less work for your artists. But if they want to keep making 3D games, they just have to suck it up and put in the effort to make items that players want. Yet there is no excuse to blame hard work, when they can create such extravagant maps and levels. The effort they put into these maps is just as time consuming as gear.
