I believe Venom skills currently need a rework when they apply to the short bow. Venom should apply once per arrow including the bounces, not use a charge on every target hit. If there are 2 targets in front of me and Trick Shot bounces 3 times, that's 4 hits between the 2 enemies. This is also, currently, 4 charges of venom on a single arrow instead of a single charge. It should be 1 charge, 1 shot regardless of bounces. Not only would Venom make more sense in terms of use, but it will also make it more viable for builds. Maybe even make Trick Shot poison on hit. Just a thought.

Maybe this has been discussed in the past, maybe not.. but why does the Ice Elemental from Glyph of Elementals (Elementalist Elite Glyph Skill) last 60 seconds while the Fire, Earth and Air elementals all last for 120 seconds? Is there a reason for this?
