I made one without logging in and just used my email linked with the account. However when I heard back (a week or so later) they only addressed 2 parts of my ticket as well as telling me to email them again from the same email to change the email (????) which I did, then a couple days later they just ended the ticket without addressing any of my issues.
Just to clarify when I said I can't login to make a ticket, I mean when I go to the actual support side of the site, when enter in my login info it then takes me to the account page and then I click to go to the support side again it says I'm not logged into to create a ticket, and the cycle repeats
