  1. my mini-labIt's not very big because I am running up against the max number of decorations for my GH.I found that using awakened tar pits and drip softened the harsh lines of the wall - which was important since I did mine on the race track base. Also the tar has interesting color variations during the day/night cycleThis must be the way outguess notHere lies the CommanderAge 103.The good die young
  2. Thanks, I didn't think of the wyvern statues. I have placed rustic braziers inside of items before for that fire/smoke feel (really creepy in awakened bone columns) but the smoke is smaller. Yeah, I noticed that about the corrupted walls when building my mini - lab at the top of the hall. Same thing sometimes happens with the portal devices in that they seem to "attach" to things behind or beside them if you are not careful. I'll post a couple of picks later.
  3. Quite nice. What did you use to get the firey/smokey look inside the cluster of grenth's palms? is it a gold firepit?
  4. Just want to pop in and say THANK YOU for the new Halloween decorations. I had great fun over the last couple of days constructing my own mini-lab in our GH. I especially like that the slope of the angled walls matches that of the race track ramps. So much easier to make a floor plan. Really love it.
  5. Well with those keys you would also have gotten black lion statuettes and could use six of those to buy that last scrap.
  6. I can't help thinking maybe the drop rate is so low because they expected players to farm map completion with low level toons.
  7. Or, go to the heart vendor near this poi [&BFkBAAA=] in south west plains of ashford. But an ash legion spy kit and use it when you commune. In fact, buy several as they are really useful at any commune point where you might be interrupted.
  8. No, actually you will only have the upgraded bloodstone ovenstation on the a character that has completed the collection. A normal, non-bloodstone station will be in your home for any character with cooking over 425. Although the AP for the collection is account wide, it can be redone on any character and you also will get the 10 cooking levels per story line that you did on your original character. At least that was how it was a couple of weeks ago when i redid the collection on another toon so unless they changed it....
  9. I was able to finish the quests completely on a second character with little problem. And, by the way, you do not have to craft a second composter. Also the varietal seeds from any of the plants, mint, sesame, etc fulfill the qualifications for the varietal part of the chain (just so people know)
  10. I'm loving the update - a lighthearted and fun time with hints of evil to come. Thanks! and thanks for the T shirt
  11. While it does not affect me - I have no alt accounts and full home - I do have to say that this strikes me as a rather stupid and lazy "fix." Part of the fun of having a full home instance is to invite friends and guildies in. And this ruins it for them. Not cool - not cool at all.
  12. I went to the swamp in queensdale and killed drakes. Don't know if that helps or not.
  13. Very nice and very well done. One of the few I have seen where the details really mattered - most don't take the time to make sure the tracks are put together evenly at the sides etc. Yours is wonderfully crafted and a treat to the eye. About the signal - the lanterns on the elonian signal and non colisionable so if you place one or two just under the track so that the top of the stand portion just touched the bottom of the track, the lanterns make a nice starting/finishing line. Of course you have to choose a spot where the track does not lie directly on the ground or break the map and get under it - which is quite easy to do in the guild halls.
  14. NVM this time the way was open - maybe there are only walls during the siege of Tarir?
  15. Have they added some invisible walls since you made this video? I don't seem to be able to get past the 1:49 mark following your path
  16. I believe he says something about me looking resplendent in vermillion
  17. I thought about making two but it seemed a lot of overkill and, frankly, I thought it would take away rather than add to the impact

  19. I, too, vote for a pinata in the home. Also, I would like the Bash the Dragon music to be available in the Guild hall.
  20. Sigh, I too have hit the 70 mark. I would like 2 more so I can have an even number of each profession.
  21. Here is where we put ours - kind of hard to get a good shot because it is so large
  22. We put it at the top of gilded hollow where we also have djin portal exit - really cool scenery up there. But, yes, the clipping is horrible in the lower and mid levels.
  23. This is not a complaint about it's cost so I'm making a new thread. (lol - fixed) WowThe thing itself is huge. Just amazing. It is a problem for gilded hollow because the dragon itself can not be seen on account of the walls in the lower/mid levels. But we long ago put routes to the top of the hall and so we placed it up there - wow! Love it. Huge holodragon now guarding our hall from all air attacks - absolutely gorgeous. Will get screen shots later when I have time.
