I guess that's part of it, but also noticed that minis take a while to start running. Betcha my left leg minis would be slightly lag behind us if their running started exactly the same as our toons.

Skin is fine.............but I really hope we get a Job/Hobo/Heal/Hero-Tron skinn too! :)

I see it both ways. In a way yes it be a cool squad battle. But on the other hand it feels like the ultimate battle ya know? Highlighting everyone but also your personal allies in the true final battle. HoT: you and the Pact and allies distract mordy's mouth, sneak in with Braham, Caithe, Canach, Marjory, and Rytlock to take down Mordy in his mind. PoF: You and the undead army take down Balthazar's forces, separate to confront Balthazar one final time with the help of Aurene LWS4: You and the adventurers and Pact heroes battle the trapped Kralkatorrik, infiltrate the inside with Caithe, Rytlock, Aurene and Saphira and with Aurene defeat Kraklkatorrik's heart. EoD: You and Canthan army and friends take down Soo-Won. After have a more personal battle with Void rescuing your friends. LwS1: Take back Lion's Arch from Scarlet's forces with the help of Adventurers and Lionguard. Battle on the Breachmaker with the help of Braham, Rox, Kasmeer, marjory, Ellen Kiel, and Heal-o-Tron Been in a group would've been cool, but can appreciate solo battle

Honestly I hope they add the southsun bit as a side story, since thinking about it if Anet "wants the story to be complete" technically with this revamp it is, there are numerous refences something happpened at Southsun Cove with Consortium (E1 at the very end an optinal refugee mentions they'll go there, E2 at the end in the dead end bar Magnus mentions Kiel saving enslaved refugees on Southsun with some help, E3 Faren at the very start greets you mentioning a beach resort, E5 Heal-o-Tron entions the Consortium Canach as well and his involvment in Southsun). Southsun can work as a small Side story....literally add it to sides stories tab, only cinematic important bits would be with the help of Kiel drive off the karka attacking LA, track down and fight Canach, witness Kiel blow up the contracts and Job-o-Tron realizes he's out of a job and leaves. Enter Season 1 were we meet Kiel again, Hobo-Tron, and a captured Canach 😛 But ditto! I am sooo happy about this patch. Marionette solo instance was a bit redundant as we have squad mode but hey, that's Taimi's introduction so better to have a coehesive story than skip anything important. Same for the quiet moment of everyone in LA, sure it's "boring" BUT it sets the relationship and dynamcis perfectly. I am incredibly happy we get Escape fom LA as I was afraid that might be cut because battle was gonna be the squad mode....so what about escape? BAM solo instance! exact same thoughts for Gendarran fields, incredibly happy that my fav character has teensy bit extra dialogue and everything explained 😛 And lastly Battle for LA is amazing! follows the trope of we and other players takwe down the army, and then with our friends and allies take down the main bad guy, or in this case giant hologram 😛 I know some will be disappointed it's not group content like original, but I'll take it as a solo boss any day instead of being cut, besides it highlights all your allies: Braham and Rox: they are the first ones to battle Scarlet, this is payback for what Scarlet did to their people and friends. Marjory, Kasmeer, and Ellen Kiel: they are the ones who investigated Scarlet's motivations and minions. This is payback for Scarlet attacking their cities DR and LA. Heal-O-Tron: Technically because of Scarlet the golem indirectly lost his original job. This is payback for capturing him and being blamed for Scarlet's actions......plus my bias towards the best golem and emphasizes how Heal-o-Tron immensely helps you during the fight 🙂

Watching a stream and so far VERY happy, saw the stream and apparently "escape from LA" is single instance, gendarran camp is instance with bunch of "optional dialogue" (and teensy bit extra lines from my fav golem 😛) and battle for LA full map as instanced squad map

What I'm hoping is episode plays like this: 1. Episode starts with the very quiet and lowkey instance of Marjory comforting Kasmeer about her tragic family story, Braham and Rox argument of warband vs friends AND taimi's I suppose technical introduction (and conversation with Logan and Braham). We go to the dead end bar where Kasmeer and Marjory put the puzzle of clues together and realize Scarlet will attack LA (La bombing cinematic happens). 2. A very condensed, soloable, and easy linear escort of various citizens to the asura gate to escape the disaster. We arrive at gendarran fields seeing all the dead and mourning as well as Ellen Kiel, Rox, Braham, Kasmeer, Marjory, and Heal-o-Tron small stories within the camp but all agree to stop Scarlet once and for all.............also finally meeting Canach and Evon Gnashblade. 3. Here is the strike mission/squad instance, the battle of Lion's Arch. DO events to fill up a bar, once filled Scarlet will summon 3 giant watchknights, split into 3 groups helping Rox and Braham, Kasmeer and marjory, and Ellen Kiel and Heal-o-Tron once defeated all parties borad the breachmaker for the final fight against Scarlet's massive hologram 4. Solo instance now. Enter the unstable breachmaker and defeat Scarlet one final time, cutscene happens. 5. Wishful thinking but at the end of Season 2 there was a small scene showing what happened to Hero-Tron and Ellen Kiel it be nice if Anet could incorporate the scene as a closed chapter for these important recurring allies, as well as small addition to Canach foreshadowing his return in season 2. We reunite with Braham, Rox, Kasmeer, and marjory celebrating our victory, Taimi arrives to join us and spoiler spoiler the end. There! that should be 5-6 steps average for a season 1 episode. 2-3 years later I'm sure anet will add the Southsun and Consortim arc properly introducing Kasmeer, Canach, Ellen Kiel, and Job-o-Tron 😛

Tsk! Tsk! Tsk! SOMEBODY has not been paying attention! The Great Hero-Tron is now a permanent addition to the story via episode 3 AND will truly be heroic during episode 5......hopefully Anet adds a teensy little dialogue implying he'll be in LA or something. AND hopefully Anet adds the southsun arcc in the not too distant future as not only does it introduce Canach and Ellen Kiel and Consortium shenanigans but Job-o-Tron's humble origins working for a greedy high up company losing it all. AND hopefully Anet goes "Oh yeah! we have another cool golem character that could have a nice fit in the new LW story"...............please! As for merchandising side of things......EVER SINCE 2014 I HAVE BEEN BEGGING FOR A MINI!!! Please at least make him a jade bot skin and presto! with new jade bot news we got a mini PLEASE!!!!

I knew Aim Assisted Rocket would get nerfed and that's ok. That being said.......what the heck is a "missilie weapon"? Will it only activate when using mortar kit? Explosives Aim Assisted Rocket: This trait no longer has a minimum range. Instead, it only activates on hits from missile weapons. The mechanist's mech pet now triggers this trait at half the previous rate, with an internal cooldown of 6 seconds.

Lower price and bundle it with a mini/a backpack skin that follws you and it'll sell like hot cakes.

The more I think about it.....I really hope they don't cut Kiel and Hero-Tron from the last episode BUT like Bobby said if a character played a role in og episode they'll most likely be in the remake. Kiel and Heal-o-Tron are essential to reach the breachmaker (have to defeat the 3 assault watchknights at the same time, Blue gets Rox (frostbite) and Braham, Green gets Kasmeer and marjory, and Red gets Kiel and Heal-o-Tron) and have stakes in the battle to defeat Scarlet, LA is Kiel's home and Heal-o-Tron wants to prove he is not aligned with Scarlet. I see 2 possibilities. 1. Exactly what I said ep5 will be Escape from LA, Gendarran intermission, Battle for LA. 2. No gendarran fields a combination of Escape and Battle of LA. The dialogue in the wiki is quick exposition why Heal-o-Tron is there anyway. I know in the overall story Job-o-Tron was never an important character, but to me he's still one of my fav characters 😛. There's a reason why he got developed the way he did because fans and writers found him endearing. This LWS1 remake feels more like "Quick! show how we meet DW!" which is the point, but S1 also had a story about Southsun Cove with Canach, Ellen Kiel vs Evon Gnashblade election, and in the background a funny golem who lost his job going from gig to gig culminating in him stepping up and help save a city from destruction.

I Happen to have pretty good info that Heal-o-Tron will be in episode 5 :) Checked wiki and ironically Gendarran dialogue has some explanation who Heal-o-Tron is and his previous occupations Long story short the dialogue introduces who Heal-o-Tron is and what is he doing in the medical camp. BUT if you never interacted with Ho-ho-Tron the golem mentions his previous names and occupations and current name and occupation. I am 100% sure those who have the 2013 og Ho-ho-Tron ap will get the regular dialogue box and those who never got the 2013 ap will get the "never interacted with Ho-ho-Tron" option. My guess/hope for episode 5 is it's an actual map. We escort citizens out of destroyed LA via events (with a timer and a bar to fill). Then a small intermission in Gendarran meeting refugees, lionguard, Magnus and Ellen Kiel, Rox and Braham, Marjory and kasmeer, Evon and Heal-o-Tron and Seraph, and taimi with Scruffy. Lastly Retake LA and defeat Scarlet with all relevant characters.

I am super happy to see one of my fav NPCs added to the story permanently and can't wait for him to save me and others in the final battle 😉 But that being said Just like Ellen and Canach, Hobo-Tron's Southsun Cove introduction (being Job-o-Tron) is cut. Hobo-Tron's competition with the minstrel was not phased into the story :( And in Scarlet's playhouse Hobo-Tron (and the ministrel) begged for his life throughout the fight, that was cut too. #JusticeforHoboRobo! and give us a mini, and Jade bot skin bundle plz 🙂

All right Bobby, imma be kissing your shoes saying thank you XD. The answer satisfied me AND me personally had no idea of the ep2 release! Thank you........now I'll patiently wait for a mini Job/Hobo-Tron for...more than 7 years now XD

Ummmm quoting with hopes you reply but I'm assuming Ellen Kiel, Canach, Evon and Job/Hobo/Hoho/Heal/Hero-O-Tron will still be part of the story? After all Ellen and Heal-o-Tron help in the battle of the breachmaker. Or are they getting cut?
