I always play with my mate on eu srv , sometimes we have a game crash just when we are tp for the match and have to wait about 3 minutes before joining another queue. But we never had this bug

I did all the Ats and 4 times stuck, and no rewards :( need it ^^

15 min before the match and now we are waiting ( EU too) same issue with the ranking
