This didn't work for me. I replayed a section of a previous chapter and tried The End again and I have the same problem -

I'm getting the same thing. No matter what I do, I can't hit Kralk, I just get "out of range" with my normal position 1 attack -
This fixed it for me. Put the folder in the exclusion list in Trend and game now runs
