Hi, I am relatively experienced in Guild Wars 2 and was browsing a few guide websites recently and noticed that some websites support purely fractals, others raids/strikes and some all three? I was wondering if people with more experience could help explain which catagories each website specializes in or is best suited for. Below is my understanding thus far, with any formats that a website is more focused on being in bold: MetaBattle - PvP | Fractals | Strikes/Raids | WvW | Open World GuildJen - PvP | Fractals | Strikes/Raids | WvW | Open World Hardstuck - PvP | Open World | General Fractals/Strikes/Raids Snowcrows - Strikes/Raids GW2Mists - WvW Discretize - Fractals I am assuming sites that only dedicate to a single format of gameplay are more likely to provide meta-accurate builds, and as such, I have come to the following conclusions thus far. For Strikes & Raids you would use Snowcrows. WvW builds are best found on GW2Mists while Discretize can provide the best Fractal builds. As for PvP, probably MetaBattle followed by Hardstuck seem to be good choices for this? Although I have over a thousand hours in Guild Wars 2 and have dabbled my fair share in all content, including Raids, I am still pretty limited in my knowledge of builds and meta shifts, having only really played Dragonhunter and Renegade. Considering that the new expansion will open up new weapons for all classes, what impact will this have on buildsand the current meta? Are we expecting big changes if any, and if so, how long before sites such as SnowCrows will update their lists with these new builds? For context, I am going on vacation (holiday) soon and was wondering by the time I return, whether there will already be updated lists since I am getting a bit bored of my previous two characters' builds and am excited to try something new. I think that @Acemos.2856 meant to simply have native support for Discord Rich Presence (DRP) within Guild Wars 2. This would be a feature baked into the game that will show what area you are in at all times and what character you are playing on your Discord profile for friends to see. They get this data from the public API, thus all these comments about 3rd Party Malware and Meta-Data Collectors are not true since the data is already public and free for anyone to use. Additionally, people can always disable DRP through Discord settings.

Is it only for the ascended backpiece Mawdrey or are there other ascended items it is needed for?

A Clay Pot is an item that you can craft with the Artificer discipline. It is time gated which leads me to assume it is quite important/useful? It can further be crafted into Infused Clay Pots: Chaos Infused Clay Pot Ley Line Infused Clay Pot Mists Infused Clay Pot This is where I get confused regarding what their purpose is. The wiki baffles me and does not really explain their use so could someone please explain to me why you would ever craft these and what purpose they serve? Many thanks in advance!

I like to just hop onto random meta events that are about to start when I log on. Doing daily fractals every so often is always fun.

How long is the limited time offer? Apologies if this has already been asked.

Bumping this because the bug is still there after 5 months and pretty much destroys that part of the meta event in Tangled Depths!

This might come across as an odd question, but what were all the old PvP ranks again? I recall there being Amber and Ruby but that is about it. Does anyone remember? I can't seem to find any article on it.Many thanks in advance!

Hi!I have done a bit of research and this bug was present even before the forums got updated (finding mentions of it in the forums archive). The bar of progression regarding protecting the beetle larvae always gets stuck at around 40/50% or 80%. This has happened all three times when I have decided to complete this event, thus I still haven't been able to complete it. Some users mention that you can fix the bug if you the progression return to 0%. Is this true?Many thanks in advance!

Very good points. Completely agree with you. Maybe Arena Net should add some more relevant loot for end-game players like rare currencies and such being a possible drop.
