Wrong, the bots are in all tiers and ANET does NOT ban them the same known bots have been playing for years. I am convinced as well they are ANET owned bots keeping the queues down.

I am not abdicating toxic behavior, but...were these new players in ranked PvP? If so, they have no business being there. They need to hone their PvP skills in unranked, by the time they "get gud" they will have thick skin and not get hurt feels over a video game.

But, OP doesn't need to go into Ranked PVP they can easily go to Unranked for dailies where win/lose everyone is friends.

FYI. You don't need to go to ranked for your dailies.
