He's right though.The comparison is adequate. Rev serves the same purpose as thief except it's a couple armor tiers higher and has other roles it can fill. Thief for the length of this game has been one-dimensional, because people reacted poorly to every venture that allowed thief to perform anything that even slightly deviated from +1, because they could run away. Portraying it as having the potential to be anything other than +1, like it would be accepted in any other role, would be being much too optimistic IMO. He's calling it like it is. It has one role, it will have one role, and other classes do that role better. Agreed. What would be fun for you, coming from a thief? Keep in mind people hated S/D because good thieves could shred them with it. Good thieves no matter the build could shred people though.

The Dodgers are not the main issue I dont think, it's the 450 range on dash, combined with 30% dmg reduction with weakness.no 1 really touches core for them reasons

why do we have not a mat black dye? some times when you have an awesome armour combo, the dyes miss match because 1 part reflects 1 % of the suns light while the other piece reflects like a mirror. make matt black dye :)

I like nine-tailed strike more :open_mouth: It's alright, but nuking people for 12k flanking dives is silly not to do. Not mention with infiltration signet and landing steals you can spam this indefinitely since it only costs 3 ini. It's also a very good escape tool. I thought we were talking about pve :oI always instantly think of pvp/wvw when it comes to builds lol

"Meant to" yeah but as others have said you can just whop out your card and buy gems and transfer to gold. Even a new playing can spend minutes to get multiple legendary weapons, anyway. This thread wasnt meant to be taken seriously and It is kinda nice seeing people different views. This will also be my 4th map clear and the other 3 was during wvw times so yeah... been there, done that. Would be nice if you have already unlocked goe then we could transfer spirit shards as atm they do sod all.

If you're willing to drop 3k gems for gift of exploration, which is ~700 gold after convertion, then you're looking at having a total of about 1,9k gold including the cost of the rest of the materials you need to craft the t1 legendary. At this point, just get those 3k gems, convert to gold, sell the mats you'd use to craft and buy the weapon from tp. Tbh I didn't even bother doing the math to convert gold to gem, just put in a random number lol

Time for a rant. Fed up with doing map clears on any class simply to a gift of exploration..2 actually. Where is a lot of other gifts can be bought with some form of currency or wvw reward track. Let's add it to gem store for say, 3k gems for a single gift of exploration.

I expect it to be a new one. I enjoy emote rewards from achievements - they are fun. I don't think all the grinds involved in the meta-achievements are anywhere close to being fun.They did it right with the prologue and added the emote as a PvP reward.They didn't have to do it wrong with every other emote. If someone wants the reward, do the achievements. If achievements are "too hard/not worth you time" then... don't. This is just a cosmetic/vanity item that isn't even consistently (or semi-consistently, like mount skins) available to see, so I don't see the problem with putting it as a meta achievement reward. Feels like a pretty good place for it tbh. I have it unlocked, and only have 19 of 22 Achievements. Thus, I must have purchased it. Is their a teir system in that map? Tried last night and npcs didn't show but that was also the start of the event map.
