  1. Did you wait until transported to the next zone? I can't answer for Taygus.4571, but I always wait until I get transported to the next zone, and I had the achievement for adventuring 101 not trigger a couple of days ago. I didn't trigger an adventure/race on the way either, to the best of my knowledge. I ran the zone again directly afterwards without any excursions for digspots and chests, and it triggered then.

This seems to be a related but somewhat different issue: I've only ever seen it at the southwestern oil rig, but I've seen it with enough regularity there to have some confidence that it might affect only that one place. And it always shows as a delay for the spilled oil to appear, i.e. there will be no oil initially at southwest when both the northern and southeastern rigs are happily filling their progress bar already. And just for completeness' sake, it seems entirely unrelated to the damage sustained by the oil rig in the previous phase of the meta.

When the oil gathering phase of the southern meta-event in Thunderhead Peaks starts, I've repeatedly seen small delays for the southwestern oil rig, i.e. whereas the progress bars at the northern and southeastern events were already 25-33% full, there wasn't yet a single oil spill at the southwestern rig. On Sunday during the 9:45 UTC meta on EU I saw the most extreme of these delays yet: the progress bars at the other two rigs had been completely filled when there was still not a single drop of oil at the southwestern rig. People had begun carrying their excess oil from the other two rigs over to the stalled one, but that wasn't nearly enough to finish the event. The oil finally started to appear with barely a minute on the timer, and we managed to get the progress bar filled with just 9 seconds still on the clock, but a few people had given up by then and left the map. Someone should investigate that delay, seeing as it has escalated from a minor nuisance to something that seriously threatens to fail the meta event chain.
  4. Updated level-80 rewards in most areas of the game to drop unidentified gear instead of common, masterwork, or rare items. Some items that are only available in certain areas or tied to specific content will still drop directly.This is, without a doubt, a huge QoL improvement since I don't have to salvage and clean up my inventory nearly as frequently as before. Thanks, ANET! Removed the chance to acquire Eyes of Kormir, Congealed Putrescence, and Pulsing Brandsparks when salvaging unidentified gear. These will now drop occasionally as loot from creatures in the Crystal Desert instead.Oh, thank the Deities for that! Having Eyes of Kormir and Congealed Putrescence litter my inventory was hugely annoying, especially since you couldn't vendor the stuff and couldn't usefully TP it, seeing as it was stuck at huge stacks of 2 copper each. I'm not so sure about the Brandsparks, but it makes sense to be consistent, I guess. The price of those is already back up to a point where you can sell them on the TP now, too. Magic find no longer affects the identification of unidentified gear.Good! I never understood why it should, or would. High MF is difficult and expensive to maintain for long periods of time. Applying a very high, short term boosted magic find to the drops accumulated from hours and hours of game play never struck me as particularly healthy or desirable. Significantly reduced the chances of acquiring rare Sunspear weapons from pieces of rare unidentified gear.OK, makes sense now that unidentified gear is so much more widely available. Have you also put the ecto drop rate from salvaging those back to normal? Added fine and masterwork Reclaimed weapons to the pool of items available from fine and masterwork unidentified gear.This I don't get. In fact, it strikes me as entirely inconsistent with your goal of separating region drops: Shouldn't Reclaimed weapons fall into the category of region-specific gear and drop directly in HoT maps only? Now, what we need is a few more options when right clicking on salvaging kits and salvage-o-matics. Each salvage fine/masterwork/rare... option should also have a similar option excepting unidentified gear. Alternatively, please make it so that unidentified gear is preferentially sorted into invisible bags in the inventory.
  5. Purple is still part of the rotation - I got it yesterday. But yeah, there seem to be noticeably fewer mesmers around to port people to the purple room for the POI.
  6. Maybe not a bug as such, but still weird: something in either the Northern meta or, more probably, the Dwarven Puzzle rooms, gives me a Difluorite Crystal instead of Branded Mass. I suspect one of the chests in the final (green plate) room, but I'm not quite sure. I'll see if I can find the culprit.
  7. I'm on Piken Square, and I mostly see those bugs on my thief, probably because she's simply the character I use mounts on the most. This happens mostly when waypointing to a map location where there are lots of players around. So it happened a lot in Divinity's Reach during the recent Wintersday celebration. As a first, I also had this happen several times in Wintersday DR in a way that I'd never seen before:I'm doing the orphan gift daily and I'm approaching an orphan while I'm already on my raptor, i.e. the skin and model are already loaded. I dismount, quickly go through the gift giving dialog sequence and try to remount, triggering the bug. I only get this bug when when doing the combat dismount on the griffon. Hitting the mount/dismount button again will fix it for me.

This has been happening, on the EU side at least, since before the last patch - long waiting times before the green confirmation window pops up after a sell listing, sell listings giving the red error popup for no discernible reason then working smoothly when trying again immediately afterwards.
  9. I use a PC and I have the same bug happening with some regularity. Mostly for normal dialog like the above-mentioned "Just blow the d--- gate Canach!", but also in cut scenes - most recent example being Joko's monologue towards the end of the current living story chapter - I'm thankful for the subtitles because the only thing I could hear was the creaking of his armor as he gesticulated.
  10. This is fixed for me - I could open 25 chests in one go (well, modulo one server crash), cycling through the chests in achievement order.
