  1. Likely some quickness/alacrity to be added since that's the main buff they don't provide that every single group wants.
  2. I have been playing it wrong all this time, I never saw those traits!
  3. No, like any self-respecting Kurzick supporter.
  4. Not all of us feel the need to flex with complex rotations. Being a survivable heavy melee with basically one job (placing that bubble) was fine for me. It felt good to have a not-exactly-complicated role that was actually useful to the group and being able to just focus on the melee movement the rest of the time. I'm not going to comment much on the greater picture, though I personally fail to see how, apparently, boons were underpowered, but on a personal level, I totally lament losing out my comfort zone of a wvw role, as one-skill as it might have been.
  5. Well that sucks. I had *one* comfort zone in wvw, and that was Spellbreakering for my local blob. It was good while it lasted I guess...
  6. I like hammers, I like ranger, now my ranger can use a big hammer *and* it comes with 10 skills. That's enough to make me happy. That said, it's super weird that core ranger weapons don't get an untamed skill set. It's like if Soulbeast was released with a special pet and that was the only one which would give you a merge skill. I hope Anet gets onto the case and develops a full set of untamed weapon skills, that would do wonders. Not a big fan of the green pet goo, and that's from someone who kind of liked the soulbeast green stuff. But eeh, I guess it's visually distinctive at least.
  7. Glad to find out it's not just me. Running into the same issue trying to buy EOD using the paypal option. "Something went wrong"
  8. Dude. Charred dye is the best lol Please tell me his name is Randy something or something Savagesomething or Macho whatever. That's one awesome looking Macho Norn.Haha, cheers. I'm afraid it's only the boring "Olaf Oakmane" though. :anguished:
  9. I'm a big fan of the medium Heritage Armour (need HoM points for it, but not too many of them iirc). Here it is (shoulders, chest, gloves, pants), taking advantage of the Charred dye contrasting textures on the stripes. Inventor sunglasses for the head, and I-can't-remember-which-but-maybe-privateer boots which I thought fitted the character better.
  10. This is far from being "The Line". This game has sold Black Lion keys for RNG lootboxes since launch, and people paid for them. This game has sold random dye packs and people have paid for them too. This game has also sold random packs of miniatures and, guess what? Yup, people paid for them. Since launch this game has sold random stuff, including non-cosmetic stuff in the Black Lion chests. There is nothing new here. No matter which side of the debate you're on, it's pretty clear that there's a significant portion of the GW2 player base that is happy enough to pay for random loot.
