  1. I'll necropost on this thread because I still agree with myself after all this time.
  2. - Make it easier to get, as promised - Give those who earned it prior to the next expansion's launch a unique skin for it, that only them will ever have There. The skyscale can now be acquired by most people, and those who put in the effort to get it back when it was a grind are rewarded with a unique appearance, and a display of their efforts. Everyone is happy.
  3. For a game with such a big focus on character customizing, it's weird how terrible GW2 has always been with hair customization. The fact that you need gems to change your hair color is really pushing it.
  4. Starting with the latest cat outfit. More immersion breaking stuff, amazing. Because who enjoys feeling immersed in RPG games, right? Better to milk cash from weeabs. This is colossally disappointing.
  5. GW2 isn't outdated enough to warrant a GW3. It would just split the playerbase in 2 and it'd risk killing both games. The risk isn't worth it for ArenaNet, so forget about GW3, it's not happening before a solid decade.
  6. Guild Wars 3 is not happening either my friend.
  7. Now is a good a time as any to remind everyone that Tengu is NEVER going to be a playable race in Guild Wars 2. Like, it's not happening. Ever. Just like playable Naga in World of Warcraft.
  8. Well, I've got bad news for them. If they did go to war completely nude, they most likely got wiped out by civilizations that invaded their lands with swords and rifles.
  9. In your country, maybe. This isn't the case everywhere, thankfully.
  10. Wonderful. Then you wouldn't oppose a nipples out chest item then. Completely bra free, because clearly, the 21th century allows it.
  11. Making a forum threads seems like a more appropriate reaction. Or with a good video for that matter.
  12. How do you spot the American online? Answer: They assume you're American.
  13. Yes. The simple truth is, you'd never see a woman wearing this in real life, precisely because it's so obscene.
  14. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g-JKM7Jeqr0 It's way too revealing, it's borderline obscene. And one thing's for sure: it's most certainly not optimized for battle. This item needs to be reworked.
  15. World of Warcraft has a way for you to save outfits and looks so you can re-use them later with a simple click. It also has a built-in preview of every skin available to your class, as well as indications on how to get them. Now, I'm not here to say that World of Warcraft is a better game or anything like that, but these little QoL features really enhance the experience for those who enjoying customizing the appearance of their characters. WoW keeps stealing GW2 features. Can't we return the favour for once?
  16. Not really. Pretending something isn't there doesn't make it disappear.
  17. This excuse isn't even needed. Summoning stuff is a pretty standard part of fantasy world building. Necromancers summon flesh atrocities from the ground all the time. Elementalists summon, well, elementals. Players summoning mounts out of thin air isn't exactly the most lore breaking stuff on Earth.
  18. This is irrelevant. The issue isn't the existence of maid outfits in the world of GW2, it's using them as combat outfits that causes an immersion problem.
  19. Just because it's not enough to make me leave the game doesn't mean it doesn't take away from the experience. The point you're trying to make is ridiculous. You're dismissing any criticism of the game by stating: "If it's not enough to make you leave, then it's a non-issue and there's no point discussing it".
  20. This is a "muh immersion!!!" thread. I don't like how they keep adding oversized cat pillows, arcade mounts, legendaries that shoot rainbow unicorns, and all that awful stuff. Immersion matters in MMOs. It just does. This isn't Fortnite.
