    There was a Windows update yesterday and my PC started rebooting/crashing in games. I had to update the graphics driver even though it was only a few months old, but sometimes it's as simple as that.

    People are throwing welcome parties where the new players pop in. Banquet tables, banners, plates of food, kegs of beer, fireworks, answering questions, helping with tasks, etc. Kinda wish I was a noob. 😞

    I wished anything above Common would must be player-crafted. That boat has sailed I understand but I would love to do nothing but craft, keep shop and talk to customers.

    This one is from guildwars2@mail.ncsoft.com Didn't ask for any login credentials, I wouldn't have given them if it did. Was mostly a multiple-choice questionnaire with a few boxes to type feedback and suggestions.

    I just got a GW2 survey via E-mail and filled it out. I was asked not to disclose what it asked or what my answers were, but it didn't say I can't say I got one. Just wondering if everyone else did or if it's selective?

    You can add non-Steam games to the Steam launcher. I don't see what the big deal is.

    Yeah I don't seem to have any issues beyond that single-thread constraint with 16GB. I'm wondering if someone just added 16GB RAM + 8GB VRAM because 24GB is an oddly specific number.

    On the Steam store page for Guild Wars 2, under Recommended System Specs, it states:Memory: 24 GB RAMAm I really going to experience a difference with 32GB over 16GB? I thought this game was CPU bound?

    Agreed, but if they're going to have an icon for it why does it have to be the same gosh darn icon as what its replacing?

    Some of us are colorblind, and it looks just like the Nourishment icon. Just change it from a whole apple to an apple core and we're golden.

    i mean, i want them to remove the borders from the Bjora ice thing...a toggle would be great, but eh. Meh, it's no big deal. I was just looking at some old shots and realized 'hey wait'. If it was a toggle I'd turn it back on, but if it's gone, I guess it's gone.

    I've only ever created one character in GW2. It's the same way for every other MMO I've ever played from UO to this. When I play fantasy I go straight for sword and board (though because of game mechanics I eventually mutated to axe/sword) and am not really interested in magic or stealth or anything. No real reason for me to create another.
