The skimmer going underwater is not really a necessity. Nothing stops you from going underwater already with your chars with the swim infusions which makes you swim faster then what the skimmer would do. The race is really not that hard for anybody. I did it when the race was bugged without the mount being able to go under & I still was able to complete it (and I have sour vision)

I really hope it’s not rifle or pistols. I would dislike that a lot & don’t find it fitting for a mage class. But it’s a possibility

was just about to type it, i don't think we will be getting any form of dual-wield weapons for an elite spec on ele the boss shown in the new fractal trailer is just an NPC i think and we should not think that just because an NPC wields a weapon we are getting it because there are warrior NPCs with dual pistols and i for one would never want to see that as an elite spec on warrior( considering rifle already on it)but as @Zeesh.7286 already said a ranged weapon is more likely because we got and OH and then a MH (both melee) so next in line should be DH and considering we already have staff it could be any of the bows (just speculation but we will see) Ranger got dagger main hand with soulbeast even though they already had it for offhand. There’s a possibility they may do that to ele. I wouldn’t mind that actually & thought weaver should of always been dual sword anyhow.

We know that there are other pale trees so I don’t see why not? I had thought we would get to meet malik again when HoT was released but sadly we didn’t. I hope we can expand on that story in the future. We need more lore

That would be a good idea for either guild wars 3 or a spin off of sort. Would they be willing to do it though? Doubt it. But if they did it would definitely be nice for the lore lovers of this game. I feel atm lore is lacking in guild wars 2 & not as rich as guild wars 1.

I would prefer not to see anymore nerfs in the game. I really loved HoT & it’s sad that it got nerf when honestly it was just LtP issues. This game is a bit too casual for the most part & I like a challenge. It helps me become a better player not just for myself but for when I’m in a group. The fight is fine as it is .

I’m not as fanboy excited for it like the option makes it seems but I think almost everyone would buy the pack ? I don’t see why no one really would. HoT & PoF were done really well (before the nerf HoT was my favorite ) & I’m looking forward to see what Cantha would bring. Hopefully we get housing

I cant remember underwater combat being one of the selling points care to link to the advertisment that stated this? when the game first was being brought to light they had mentioned underwater combat & how we would be able to explore caves & what not. It wasn’t the only selling point but that was a major feature. Guild wars 2 is the only game that gives me as much lag. All my other games have run perfectly smooth

I love underwater combat. I hope we get more of it soon & an overhaul as it’s needed atm. I think the way it currently is is the reason why some players are put off by it. I know underwater content was guild wars selling point & it’s a shame to see it neglected atm. But I’m hopeful they will add more soon

I think it’s good how it is. I don’t see any reason that it needs to add more to the skimmer. Especially since it has its uses where skimmers are not allowed

I think it should. It continues to bring a toxic atmosphere in the game
