Same problem here, I got the ultimate pack via trading post the same day they announced it , I sent a 2 tickets and received 2 automated answers !! GG Anet

Lucky you , I purchased the most expensive pack ( ultimate or collector , dont remember ) and I didn´t got any of the items + when I go to redeem de code it say "already applied to your account" even before me trying the first time to redeem. I´ll wait a couple of days to see if I get the items, if not...open ticket.
