I agree that spellbreaker is a solid duelist but you often get beat by a player of equal skill level because most specs are just better. As for the mobility I don't see it anymore. So many classes have mobility that warrior isn't really that far ahead.

If it by competent players then Spellbreaker and warrior in general should definitely be lower. I would argue most people player warrior are above average skill level but are pulled down by the class being lack luster

I'm confused here. How can you say spellbreaker and scourge are equals? I guess from an 9utside perspective it might sram that way but honestly most warrior players in gold are pretty should players where as scourge is op enough to carry a person to gold

So here's the basic breakdown of warrior according to anet. The fact that warrior has high health and heavy armor mean that they need very little survivability skills. The health and armor make up for that. The fact that warrior has fast hands and relatively short skill CD means that any pack of damage on weapon skills is compensated by the skill being more spamable

In a vacuum, yes the traits are good but if they have any synergy then it's with other things that are just trash

For swiftness grab a warhorn. For meta event I recommend a power build. If you want to use ranged use rifle. The AOE on longbow isn't really good at tagging mobs for credit as it's mostly condi damage. In your case I would recommend rifle / greatsword or axe/axe. That show give you pretty good options for tagging mobs. For gear honestly I would still go Berserker (power, precision, ferocity). Yes it's not the most defensive but if you ever want to progress to fractals or raid that's the gear you will want. You need to learn good damage mitigation (dodge,block,evade) if you want to do well in the end game. If you used a 80 boost then use the boost gear and just replace it little by little till you have for Berserker set. Another thing for meta events is try and join the group/squad doing it. It will make it easier to get credit from mobs. Not sure why that's the case it just is

i've been doing this dance for 9 years. Pick your battles, Fight really hard for that on thing and anet caves on something we want. We never get it all. And honestly are you new? we have complained longer and harder than necro ever did.

first off i play Sb warrior so all power. Personally i have little issue with most necros as they are mostly trash players. Necro downstate however is kittening broken against me as i have no way to counter it. All that said, Necros need a nerf. A scoure can just strait up tank 4 or 5 bust and still be at 70% health. Once the barrier and sand shround are gone it's easier but wow that takes a lot. Lich is just stupid. I get it's suppose to be a necro form of Juggernaut but i can assure you i don't hit heavy targets for 4k-5k with the auto attack. The agility to condi burst is very powerful against mist classes due to most classes just applying condis on pretty much everything.

clearly you don't get it. This is warrior. The kitten class of anet. We take what we can get. Am i happy about? no. Is it right ? NO. Is it ever gonna change? Almost certainly not. So no i won't kitten off cause i love warrior and will fight and claw for a 1% increase to damage on any skill we have because that's what we get. If that mean another spec is kitten then so be it
