I have turned off overclocking last night and played a few hours with only one minor hiccup but the game never crashed. Today i've played most of the day with no hiccups or crashes so overclocking was in fact the problem.

I've contacted support first. I'll see what they tell me and if they dont got nothing then ill likely just give up and turn off overclocking.

I have now moved it to my secondary drive away from program files and it still crashes.

Its a fresh install straight from the site. I will try to uninstall it again and delete any folders in my files. No i have not. As i've not really done much with my pc recently outside that recent attempt to test things out. Ill be doing that later today as i have nothing to do.

Yes i did, and so far so good but i didnt join any sort of strike or anything. The new lions court strike in particular caused me a lot of problems. So hopefully when i do a strike tomorrow i wont crash.

I belive a crash here and there is different then every single time i open the game and try and do anything.

Just did a windows memory check and it found no errors, i am running the latest version of windows, im nearly positive that my bios are up to date, i have not tried without overclocking, i will turn it off and try that later tonight when i have time. I have no addons and im just running windows defender so i dont think thats the issue.

I had originally installed it in to another drive that was not program files and it still crashed. Ill try again though. Its just guild was that gives me this issue, everything else runs fine as far asi can tell.

Hello, i recently built a new rig and im constantly crashing playing guild wars and its says Exception: c0000005 Memory at address 00000000`00000000 could not be read. Here is the full error message. I've run repairs, changed the place where i installed gw2 im pretty sure there is no fire wall issue happening im kind of at a loss.

Please please double down and comb through the vanilla game for any or as many bugs as you can reasonably find. With this new wave of players lots of meta event stallings will likely happen as there are many events that still still and bug out in the open world. As well as looking in to the vanilla story and sweeping through bugs that are there too. At the very least as you get new tickets or posts about bugs in the vanilla story, please actually go through and actually fix them.

Id just cry. Id cry.

Hopefully this is the right part for this topic. But as someone who rp'd at the start but stopped very soon after. I want, or should i say, i hope that they plan to introduce new tools for the rp community to grow. Ive only recently gotten back in to trying to rp again but with the mega servers its grow harder for me to feel comfortable trying to rp knowing that people from other servers might try and mock us about it.

The fact that they make you kill your friends, your brothers and sisters. Not even any voiced dialoge. They really do just constantly clown on charr players. Even after this your sparing partner doesnt do anything other than inform you that the warband is dead except for the two of you again.

My biggest gripe is, the humans got a human centric expansion, the sylvari got one with a lot of lore and info for them, but the charr and norn have to share their 'expansion'? the charr already get shafted on a lot so this has left a very bad taste in my mouth. The writing has been fairly solid but the previously stated has left my view on the full thing tainted.

I just meant to throw the same type of comment you did back at you,leaving it to you to interpret it the same way as you wanted your comment to be interpreted. I personally don't care too much of more playable races, but I simply can't see how one would become commanders of the pact.How would they even be introduced to dungeons? Other races have no ties to Destiny's edge and therefore no business in trying to mend their problems.And then there is the chapter V of the personal story that is about studying the lesser races of Tyria. It might not sit well with Tengu and Kodan (which also have been frequently asked for). By all appearances, Kodan see all life as equal, so there would be no lesser races for them.Kodan also are all about balance and nature, so they should actively oppose killing the dragons. And then there are the technical aspects, like fitting all armours and outfits onto new playable races, which would take away resources that should go to the development of the expansion itself. But this thread should be about dwarves, not about bears and birds.I was sure that my comment would come off as playful that's why i added the ;3 at the end. Obviously that wasn't the case and i failed there. Taste is subjective and no one is right or wrong on that. And maybe asking for new races does get tired out frequently but its something obviously many people want.

the dwarf race is bioligicly dead so i doubt we'd get them as playable. besides the races that deserve the shot at being playable are tengu and kodan.

You take that back. Also i cant play male norn due to their triangle necks. (female norn look good though but i still don't play one)

The cultural sets dont even fit well on the charr either. The heavy t 1 and 2 set along with the t2 med set clip from the back where the tail comes out. There is no tail spot for them.
