I just got the missing items in game after contacting support!

Drops started working for me. I got the last 3 drops delivered in game today (Glowing Purple Mask, Total Makeover Kit and Character Outfit Select) Seems like there was issues with drops but they fixed it now, but since I didnt get the first drops and you can only claim them once on Twitch I will contact support for them now.

I watched Guild Wars 2 streams on Twitch today. I have linked my Twitch with Arena Net and claimed the drops in my inventory on Twitch but I have not received anything in game. I have received and claimed 4 drops on Twitch so far up until the transmutation charges but received nothing in game. I can't submit a support ticket. Everytime i press "submit a ticket" it asks me to log in even though I'm already logged in on my account on the Arena Net website and when I log in again it just takes me to my main account page where I can see my personal info and which expansions I own and if I try to go to support to submit a ticket again it just asks me to log in again. It's an endless loop and it never lets me submit a ticket.

I'm having issues with textures disappearing. Especially in HoT maps. Like grass for example. =/
