I haven't been that active in WvW for awhile, but can't recall ever experiencing this level of commitment from an opposing faction. It sounds like a) hell b) the challenging new content much of the playerbase has been crying out for for ages (Delete as applicable)! 😀 It probably will ultimately come down to waiting them out until reset, or at least a time period when that particular server is less active. Unless you can muster up numbers an organised and motivated commander and/or an alliance with the neutral server to take them on, your best bet may be to temporarily engage with some alternative content, or they'll continue to farm bags. I'm not sure ANET would agree that it's toxic behaviour - it's just a strategy available within the remit of the game mode.

Just to add to the tale of woe here. Also can't complete this dungeon today and have never successfully completed it in the past because of the bugged event chain not progressing. I really like the Wizard's Vault but including known bugged, and therefore unachievable content in the daily rotation makes no sense, but to then make it impossible to choose something else as an alternative to complete the daily achievement just smacks of poor design. Really hope something is done about this sooner rather than later, as it sours the whole expansion for me. EDIT - typically, logged in after sending this and managed to join a group that was partway through completing it, so finally got credit for the minidungeon after multiple attempts, but the point still stands, this shouldn't be down to luck, and there should be alternative options available to complete the daily achievement

Yeah, same here - pretty much my experience except this was my first time in PVP having never really had a reason to try it before. P10, W4, L6 with something resembling my usual PVE build on the basis that at least I'm familiar with it, even if it's not optimal for PVP. Just gave it a go and it it was far from the miserable experience I was expecting and I ended up quite enjoying it. Will probably try it again in the future.

Would prefer the ally NPC AI was improved in instances as sometimes their lack of sensible threat response is a bit immersion stretching. Also, I'm the Commander. If I get spiked while watching Netflix on the other screen I expect to be revived! Please?

I voted Others but basically I am a PVE player who does a little bit of WVW every day. I usually do a couple of dailies and try and quickly assess whether there is enough going on to justify sticking around and getting more involved. Sometimes, if a commander Tally Hos past, I'll join in and yomp off to whatever it is they are planning to destroy/capture/whatever. Sometimes, I end up following them to the next objective too. So, sometimes, I don't get to PVE at all. It can be good fun.

Hi fellas - 46 yo veteran (since betas) but due to family, work etc fairly casual these days. UK based (GH) been Guildless for a long time - my old Guild having moved on not long after launch. Your Guild sounds great and if you are still looking for members, I would like to be considered if possible? Just one thing, I have a side Guild which I am building up with my son, so would not be able to represent 100% of the time, but would be happy to be involved as much as possible. I'm mainly a PVE player but have been getting more and more into WVW lately. Cheers!

Similar issues here - UK, EU server, average ping has increased from 60-70 to 330-600 over the last couple of days. FPS normal.
