That would make wvw more interesting, would love to see a return of the orbs at one point. i know flyhackers could take the orb before, hence why they removed them, but they could lock the orb in a room with a gate so the hackers couldn’t get to it.

It’s not that DE counters rangers, but SA counters almost everything. SA is just busted.

This bug has been in the game since launch, and i don’t think it will ever get fixed.There are more important things to get fixed.

But currently i'm in EU so can't really do anything right now in terms of NA, but even being in EU tho, the ping is atrocious haha, so i'm looking to come back soon. I looked up nootski and his youtube stuff, he is a great S/D Thief, with great awareness, but i've mained S/D for 6+ years, as seen from my previous montages. I'm not too worried lol, although I am EXTREMELY rusty with the set now, since i've been running staff - DP mainly. But my S/D muscle memory and instinct would eventually come back after using the set for alittle bit. Thief is one of those classes where ego's run high, and where the skill cap window is even higher, thus making everyone reach and try to grab the throne. Bro, a troll S/D build because i run dura runes?You seem like dura is some god rune that makes every build cheese.If you haven’t played for 4y then you don’t know much about the current state of the game, so i wouldn’t say too much.Playing SA d/p is the pinnacle of cheese when you play thief, alteast s/d requires skill, even when u run dura runes. SA on the other hand, doesn’t require fast reaction times.And btw, i think you link a build of 4y or something.I run mara with dura on s/d.Not even close to being cheese in the meta you see now.Try running s/d with dura and see where u get, i bet you can’t kill anyone.And i don’t remember your story with the core ranger, how long was that ago? That’s a nice mentality you got man, the game is kitten because of ppl like you flocking to the OP ez to play builds. Again, why should I handicap myself by refusing to use certain parts of my class in order to make you feel better? Do you also handicap yourself on your main class, or do you play whatever is strongest because it's in the game? If you are losing to thief, set up some duels with one and learn to fight them. Playing SA in general is so cheesy, i have no respect for SA thieves, it’s the ultimate carry traitline.

A new small scale wvw gamemode for small scale fights.

I don’t mind stealth, as long it’s not spammable.Like SA traitline from thieves needs to be reworked, it’s too fucking broken.You do some dmg vs SA thief, if hes deadeye he just dodges and goes stealth, removes condi’s and heals himself. Thief just waits in stealth till he is full again, and the cycle repeats.This is totally not a fun gameplay.Make stealth only last 2 or 3 seconds max imo, unless it’s a skill on cd like shadow’s refuge.

I don’t know who is behind the balance team, but please anet put some other ppl there!This is the worst state this game has been in,I played gw2 throughout all the expansions, i was always still playing while most of my friends quit because they already saw back then the balance in this game is shit, but everything comes to end.After many years, seeing so many bad patches, anet just not listening to the community for ages.. It is finally time to say goodbye to gw2.You made this game into a aoe spamfest game, look at holo, how strong it is and still no nerfs.Look at stealth, how fucking broken it is, and yet anet still encourages thieves to go SA, because D/P is the only viable build, and now they all pick SA with it.. Fun times anet!Go on like this for a while, and the only community u will have is the one from pve.

They will never do such changes to downstate, the reason is very simple in anets mind.They will lose casual players/noobs, and for them its all about making that player group feel strong.I mean, we all know downstate was OP for many many years..They don’t care that much for the veteran wvw players, cuz we don’t bring in da money.They will balance this game for casual players, till the end of it’s life cycle.Better look for new games, because anet will always dissappoint you with every “balance” patch they do.

There are weaker builds, but not a weaker class. There is a reason pretty much all warrior mains swapped class and noone played it in MOTA. I have to say congratz to anet, for making this game totally shit compared to vanilla!Cater to more casuals please, make this game an aoe skillless spamfest.Like every “balance” choices you make, it’s always with casuals and blobs in mind, it’s very clear now that u dont want roamers in wvw.
