I totally get it. It more frustrating when they have old code on top of new. Often times I wish they redid some these things do some QoL stuff. ❤️

I would suggest even if one or two people who put support tickets in. Everyone here should put one in at least once on whatever reason for the need of this. Because at this point people hovering it on NA wise waiting for it to work. Some have try let event fail didn't work. Some let event go through of course didn't work. Yeah its still bugged as of 5pm CST my time. I got one map so far today that it moved and did its events as needed. But since then helping others to get it bug after another not moving.

Q_Q I wish you guys would put that chonker of cutie dragon jade skin bot on the gem store to buy and not chance keys on. I rather give $20 right off the bat then not get it at all.

I'm on NA, WI ... (I try to buy gems and getting "Unfortunately an error has occurred. Please try again later.") Which I did and nothing even this afternoon. Try both me and my partner bank card just make sure wasn't an issue. Called our bank too. Bank said nothing was charged or blocked. Though I don't know if this just only GW2 today with this issue. Even Fallout76 which is another game I play... wouldn't let me buy fallout 1st sub. Even though have before in the past. So no clue if this just a lot games being hit with stuff. But just reporting in as well that I cannot buy gems on NA server wise.

I simply wanted skins. Overall I think the price should be lower to black lion key if it RNG. If not maybe make loot boxes like Duffy said which is. Put all rabbits in their own box. Put all raptor's in their own box and so on.But I would be dis-please if I get refunded my gems for something I did want and paid for. I don't like outfits and a lot of other things, but I'm not forcing or whining about you guys refund or stop selling those said items.This is double edge sword when BLC should be re-looked at then too.Then gem store as whole etc. As a person who bought $20 gems. Then plus gifted 2 to friends. Overall I'm good. I was just happy to have 4 dye slot channels on my raptor instead of one. Who knew some people it's the simple things that win them over haha.I do think ANet needs look into price change though. Maybe have a better system or P.R. to express what coming into gem store. 1.Mounts are clunky as in UI/handling them but overall cool. I'm sure UI can be fixed in the background. Maps feel super empty for it being a new game. But overall maps look lovely and events in them are fun. EVERYTHING THOUGH IS WONDERFUL!
